Hokies improve to 2-0 in the postseason, while CCR NOVAs sit at 1-1.
This is the sixth time Hokies shutout an opponent this season. Coupled with a win in their previous game, Hokies has now won two in a row.
The loss ended a 2 game winning streak for CCR NOVAs. This is the fewest points scored in a game this season by CCR NOVAs, and the second time CCR NOVAs failed to score against an opponent this season.
These teams have now squared off against each other 4 times. Their prior meeting was a Fairfax County Flag Football League "B" regular season game Nov 03 2010, 22:00, which CCR NOVAs won 21-17. Overall, the teams are an even 2-2 against each other.

11/18/10 11:30 | Looks like Novas had everyone there but the game was over by halftime 17-0 I think it was. They couldn`t contain Hokies QB he pretty much ran on them at will and on the other hand Novas couldn`t protect the QB. Hokies probably sacked Novas QB 4 or 5 times just in the first half. |
