The IFFL 2012 Spring season will start Sunday March 25th. This year each team will get at least (7) games. Every team will have a (6) game regular season schedule and at least (1) playoff game. There will be NO games on Easter Weekend 4/8 or Memorial Weekend 5/27.

Games are played Sunday mornings starting at 8:00 AM and finishing at 12:00 noon or 1:00 PM depending on location.

Teams will be assigned to divisions once registration closes.

Team fee is $775, which covers everything (officiating, county fees, awards, insurance, etc..) - but does not cover the $30 per player fee assessed by the county for non-county residents on your team roster. That will be invoiced separately.

The non-county fee is WAIVED for any active duty member of the military.

Deposit is $500 [click here to pay], then the final payment of $275 is due before April 22nd. Payment pages for these fees will be posted at that time. Individual players can always pay any portion towards their team fee on the payment page (so coaches do not have to run around collecting).

IFFL FORMAT:

This year the IFFL is going back to an OPEN and Novice Format, all teams will be placed into an open league broken into 4 to 6 separate divisions for the regular season. The PLAYOFFS will divide into A/B playoffs according to how teams finish within their divisions. Novice league will play their own playoffs.

League is capping at 36 teams or March 18th (whichever comes first) this Spring.

Rosters:

You may carry up to 22 players on your team roster. Each player must have the address field filled out on the online roster (through coach access). If you cannot submit an online roster, you can email the league via the contact link and request a roster form to complete and mail in, or send online. Players may switch teams prior to week 3 games, but may not play for more than one team during a single week. After roster lock (prior to week 3 games) players may not switch teams.

Once rosters lock, any player can only play for one IFFL team. However, a player may play on a team in the FCFFL weeknight league.
