Mike & Mike’s A League First Round Matchup Predictions: 1. Rhinos, 6-0, Unless the FairFax County League Lazy Sundae team shows up, the Rhinos will keep their top seed by winning this game and knocking Lazy Sundae out of the A league playoffs. The good news is that Lazy Sundae goes on to win the B league championship. 2. Dietz Nuts, 5-0-1, After a scare from a highly motivated United team, Dietz Nuts goes on to keep their 2nd seed and prepare to defend their title. 3. Rage, 5-1, Rage moves up to the third seed with their win over Outcast and United’s loss. It won’t matter what Rage does against Lazy Sundae in their first game because it won’t count. 4. MuddDawgs, 5-1, The MuddDawgs jump ahead of GoldRush by destroying DWC and going ahead of GoldRush by point differential (PD). 5. GoldRush, 5-1, Goldrush wins a close one against a tough first year Platinum team but drops to the 5th seed with a MuddDawg blowout win against DWC. Platinum drops to the B playoffs. 6. United, 4-1-1, United drops all the way to the 6th seed with a last possession winning drive by Dietz Nuts. 7. Spalding, 4-2, And down the stretch they come! Out of no where Spalding takes the wind out of Lazy Sundae, Platinum and Mutiny’s A playoff hopes by winning their double header on Sunday against Legends (FFX) and Mutiny. 8. Outlaws, 2-2-2, The Outlaws with help and by default move up to the 8th seed. Their last two games do not count so they could stay home on Sunday if they wanted.
