Our IFFL PG County League is still open for registration through September 5th.

The field is only 7 miles from the 95/rt.1 intersection in Alexandria - 5 miles south on 210 from the beltway.
Games are Sunday mornings. There are 4, maybe 5 teams in so far with room for 12. This league WILL RUN with 5 teams minimum - but we`d like to fill it up.
If your team is based in South FFX/Alexandria/DC or PG County, and missed getting into this league - you might try that one. At $650/team (since they don`t charge as much for insurance/field/participant fees) there its a little less expensive.

I hear a team called the bearcats could be coming to the P.G. league all i can say is watch out they look like they are gonna be tough. so i would not talk to much smack about them. thats all im gonna say.

didnt the bearcats withdrawl from the Montgomery Open Division this past spring season?

yes they did. They only had 8 players on the roster, which refused to go offense/defense, since thats what causes them to lose so many games. I hear they have a solid roster for the first time. They might just give some you guys a good game, so be carefull

I don`t know who is posting these comments about the BEARCATS, but we are trying to get enought players together. For the first time looks like the roster is looking pretty good. And yes we did withdraw from the league last season because we did not have enough players going into the season. I`m not gonna say we will be good, but we will give a good game(win or lose). Shay contact me if you get a chance by email or phone to let me know the details of the pg league. The rest of you guys and teams have a great season.
