OPEN: There are 3 Open division (6 teams per division). West will play in Reston, Central at Greenbriar Park, East at Wakefield Park. Teams will play 5 divisional games, and then 2 out of conference games. Top 2 in each division plus 2 wildcards make the A playoffs, the next 8 make the B playoffs. We can accomodate 3 more teams in the Open (in which case 6 divisional games and 1 out of division). Right now there is only one other team that wants in - but we will only take on 3 more as a unit. We`ll put out week one schedules tomorrow (8/27), and see what happens with adding 3 more teams before putting week 2 (9/10) & the rest of the season out. Novice: We have 6 teams + 2/3 more depending in what`s in the mail Monday, who will play at Herndon. 8 teams would be the deal cutoff. We`ll put up week one schedules tomorrow only - and if we do add 2 more teams they will play each other the first week. *We are trying to avoid using Baron Cameron Park because fields#1 and #2 there are not getting any better, and we`re all aware of the issues with soccer leagues. A swap out of BC#2 for Stratton Woods is in the works.
