Although you make some good points, KNOW THIS...the Mudd Dawgs will lose by more than a touchdown this weekend! The Dawgs are going against A level talent and you know what that means, the fish are a lot bigger in the deep end of the pond. I expect the other three undefeated`s to all win, but as I said before, the Canes will dominate from the start. By the way, one of your knucklehead fans (The Past) has predicted the Lions will lose in the first round. He can`t be serious! The Lions have NEVER lost in the first round, and to top it off, he can`t even spell lose correctly!

Korn first and foremost what team do you play for?Secondly the MuddDAWGS started off in the Novice league in the spring of last year and now we are an A league team.The teams we`ve played are good,decent teams that had a game plan but it just didn`t work out for them that day.It seems all your comments revolve around games that happened in the past and not the Spring 2005 League.If you want to talk about games the MuddDAWGS are 17-2 regular season with a 3-2 in playoff and championships. And by the way the division we do play in is an A league

I just wish the mudddawgs would play well the entire year and playoffs in the A league before they start talking ish. Losing the last game and thier first in the playoffs would make them look real stupid. Ain`t really done shit yet.

Slow down a bit big guy. You are no where near being an A quality team. You are not a power house just b/c you are 6-0 this spring. Like I said before, you have NEVER beat a top team...not even once. I know you think Dietz Nutz and Goin Deep are good teams, but just that alone shows you have no idea what you are talking about. Lets get serious here: Your 17-2 record is against C level competition, PERIOD! The 2 teams mentioned above are B teams, PERIOD! You are not in the A league this spring...It just so happens that this spring not many of the top teams chose to play so everyone was grouped together, PERIOD! You want to talk top teams lets do it. The Lions, Novas, My Plumber, Sharks, Pitbulls, Raiders, Canes, Mudcats, Naturals, Mac Daddies, Cap Rehab. That is A level, PERIOD! When you consistently can beat these teams, then you will be considered an A level team, PERIOD! Although you show great team spirit, you have alot to learn, and it will start this weekend.

Kornheiser, You could not be more right my friend. The coach of the Dawgs is in his own little world. They got beat so fast at the beach in the Fall. An now that they have such a soft sechedule they think they have done something. Please win a real game. You must do something to get respect, and so far you have done nothing. You will lose in the playoffs. Just as you did in the fall.

it may not mean anything to the cool "A" league teams.. but there is a big game in the "C" division.. the outlaws vs. the red storm .. i`ve seen both of these teams play and are very capable of hangin` with the big boys.. better watch out

Huh? I enjoy reading along, but how did I get dragged into this?
For the record, I`m glad so many people are talking about my team but I find it odd that we are such a hot topic if we are destined to be beaten into smitherines. This begs one simple question...Are you sure? I don`t really think any of you, or us either for that matter, know the answer. Otherwise there would be nothing to discuss.
As I`ve said all along, we`ll let the games play out and see what happens. We don`t control our schedule we just play the team across the field with whichever players the Air Force decides can be in town on a given weekend. That`s it.
To guys on my squad who may be posting here...I know who you are...knock it off! Your posts are classless and invite the same kind of disrespect that you yourself demonstrate.

Just heard about the board today. First time on the board. Not trying to stir the pot: but who is discrediting goin deep and dietz nuts. If your team is so good why not state your name and declare your team the champs now so every "B" team can mark you. Any team out there has a shot at winning this bowl. The only team that has a clear cut advantage to win the regular season is the commish`s team since they play every game after 10:00. Good luck to every team out there! D-Nutz

To justify our playing time, you are right I am the commish and I have other fields/officials to monitor on YOUR behalf. I just can`t be at 2 places at one time. And with our fields being spread out, I have to make sure first starting @ 6:00am, not getting up but at the field site, to check and make sure fields are playable, then I have to monitor each field and make sure that YOU are getting your money`s worth out of the officials. Although it may look like like a cushy start time it has been very inconvenient. If you would like to help with some of the monitoring of fields/officials and start your Sunday @ 6:00am let me know, I could use the help.

We also have to line fields some weeks just before game one kick-offs when soccer is on those fields all day Saturday.
That`s why some of you have seen me, Rob or Shay out there. Yah, we didn`t redo Braddock Park this past weekend - that was my mixup, not Rob or Shay`s.

Before this gets too out of hand, don`t take the tone of Rob`s post the wrong way.
I`m sure that the comment Todd made about start time (above Rob`s post) was a good natured jab, not a complaint.
Rob may not have known who he was replying to, and felt it necessary to explain why our games were scheduled when they were.
Rob does go to as many fields as he can to observe officiating. We always gets officiating compaints (any sports league will). This year we`ve actually had more positive comments about officiating than in seasons past, and quite a few of those comments have come from teams who have been in the league for years. Unfortuneately, there will always be missed calls and bad judgement calls in any league.
We do work actively to improve the league every year in all aspects, and we welcome your comments and criticisms - just SEND US AN EMAIL. As posted, we`re not going to let this board become a complaint forum for the league.

Peace to all. No harm meant. It is my fault. Best wishes to everybody in the playoffs. We are not in the pros. So we can not expect professional officiating. I think most of the time they get it wrong both ways. But we have to go with what we got. Most of the time talent will prevail. Rob, Tom and Shay I know you guys go above and beyond what is asked of you and we thank you guys.

Thanks for the kind words ttaylor. I APPRECIATE IT!! Secondly, I didn`t mean any harm, I felt warranted to answer, because I don`t want anyone to think that my team is shown any favoritism.
Actually they get the worst, because alot of teams get to request where they would like to play and whether or not to have a early/late game. My team gets stuck with ME....
So, THANKS TO THE CANES, for putting up with me...!
