Should the division whose winner has one loss be considered the
"best division"? I think Yes. If you look at the numbers Fairfax
South was 5-2 vs. Non-division teams, followed by Fairfax North
4-3, Reston West 3-4, and Reston East 2-5 - Top to bottom
Fairfax South, on average scored 15.84 points a game, giving up
14.55 pts/gm. Reston West did average more pts/gm at 15.94
but gave up 17.16 pts/gm. You can say the bottom teams hurt
the divisional stats, I`ll give you that, but you`re asking who is
the best division, to me that means top to bottom...
