Why is it that we don`t play on Mother`s Day, and on Father`s Day we play? Rod, Shay, and Tom I know you guys do alot for the league, but if my team wins their first round game, no one will be able to play at all the following week to play, thus we`d have to forfeit. This season has dragged on most of the spring into the summer, and Father`s Day a day for men and boys to spend with their Fathers. I`m just asking why isn`t that taken into some consideration when the playoff schedule was created. Your input is much needed if possible.
Thanks
Jim

Jim:
Appreciate your concern here, but with us already penciling in 3 Sundays in the Spring as OFF weeks (Easter, Mother`s Day, Memorial Day) we cannot afford to black out another Sunday.
With no rainouts, the season would have ended on June 12th. Every rainout pushes the schedule back a week. This is the way it is every Spring.

If your team cannot get out of the house and play on Fathers Day then that is shameful.
I think families should bring your fathers to the game to watch their sons or fathers play is a better idea than to sit around and open presents with cheap ass colone and ties you never wear.
