ScarFace improves to 5-0 on the season, while Ruckus drop to 0-6.
This is the second time ScarFace shutout an opponent this season. The victory continues a 4 game winning streak for ScarFace which now stands at 5 wins in a row.
This is the second time Ruckus failed to score against an opponent this season. The loss continues a 5 game skid for Ruckus which now stands at 6 losses in a row.
Prior to this game, these teams had met only one other time, on Oct 27 2013, 10:00, a IFFL - Reston/Fairfax Fall League "B" regular season game which ScarFace won 28-7.
Gametime temperature was a cool 55 degrees with Scattered Clouds in the vicinity.
Next up for ScarFace is 7 PT Spread (3-2). That game is scheduled for Jun 01 2014, 08:00 at EC Lawrence #2.
Ruckus will face off against Badboyz (0-2) on Jun 01 2014, 11:00 at EC Lawrence #1.

After the game Starfish was running his mouth at the Ref (Bo) told him he had something for him and and then bucked at Bo and said **** you. Bo then said your out of the league.

That`s not cool at all, of the Ruckus player. We have the absolute best refs, hands down, then any other league. They may not get every call right, but they are always trying the best they can, and work well together. Its pathetic that some players in this league cant respect the refs. Bo is a solid ref in this league, has been around a long time, and has the respect of many league veterans. I hope that guy from Ruckus is tossed from the league for good.

The Ruckus QB wasn`t right here, but a ref should walk away also. If you bait a guy after a heated game, you are as much responsible. As players, we are vested in the outcome of our team`s games. The ref`s are not, so they don`t have the same level of emotion.
Using the power of being a ref to get back at someone seems a bit suspect to me. Much respect to our refs, but they have to be bigger than that kind of baiting. I wasn`t there, but that is how things sound.

Hey statman, why was he running his mouth to Bo? Were there a bunch of bad calls in the game? It`s not like it was a close game...22-0 doesn`t sound close at all, and Ruckus is what, 0-6 this season? Was it just frustration from losing or was Starfish being a douche?

I saw it Bo said he had something to the starfishc guy. Then starfish dude said FU. Didn`t really see the beginning, or know what happened but both cats were wrong. I dont think someone should get thrown out the league for an arguement.

You cant threaten a ref regardless of if he is right or wrong, period. The QB threw an incomplete pass that was nowhere NEAR anyone and one of our guys came from the sideline to throw the ball back to them. Even if he came on the field during the play it would have no effect on the outcome of that play but I dont think he came on the field. They wanted a flag thrown for too many men on the field. Bo, Rodney or Russ didnt throw it, said he wasnt on the field. Some words were exchanged at the end of the game, Bo ultimately felt threatened and said "he will never play in this league again"

Here I am since you all want someone from Ruckus on here so bad. Yea we suck this year and haven`t really been competitive in A the past two seasons, which is why we signed up for B this year then heard all you bastards talk **** about us being in B so our coach decided we should move up to A even though we don`t have the squad for it or the depth that most of the A squads have. To address the play in question, I think the call really wasn`t that serious and that it probably was just a little frustration due to the terrible season we are having. So to be honest we still gonna come out week in and week out and play either way. It is what it is move on and we will be out there next week to try and get a win.

Playa, you are absolutely correct but my coach took the bait and here we are and if you read my post i didn`t blame anyone for our bad season I straight said we suck this year I didn`t say we suck because the messageboard but whatever. I ain`t blaming anyone I am just stating facts. We took on the challenge and tried to be an A league team but it didn`t go as planned. Like I said it is what it is. No excuses just facts.
