Stone Cold improves to 5-0 on the season, while Misfits drop to 0-5.
This was the first meeting between these two teams.

SC knew before the game. We never signed up to be blown out every week by veteran, higher level teams. We are a new team, and after 4-5 weeks of being blown out, it`s just not fun anymore. Good luck with your league. Not sure how you will get new teams to stay in the league, if they have no chance to play against teams at a similar level....but maybe that is a question for the guy who runs the league.

sorry to hear that you are leaving. This season was unusual from the start, so don`t judge the league from one season. I can assure you the top guys will make sure this does not happen again. I can`t speak for everyone , but the Misfits team got a lot of respect from other teams for coming to play very sunday even though the scores were out of control. when the playoffs start - it will put teams of similar levels against each other , so you should stick around.

No, we want to keep playing.. I mean yeah it sucks that we are getting crushed.. but we love playing.
We didn`t have enough players for yesterdays game so we thought it best to just forfeit rather then to go out there playing one of the best teams with 6 players. We will be back on the field this week.
