Nautilus-Harrisonburg team. They played in the BB last year but didn`t have their whole squad. Were in the final game in the B bracket in states if i`m not mistaken.

They went 3-2 in last years Bark Bowl. Wins against Pitbulls, Nova`s, and Dietz. Loses against Goin Deep and Kerns.

Nautilus is not that good just lucky because they really should of lost the first game and been knocked out when they lost the second game last year.

How do you explain their state tournament record if this team is no good. Like I said, had a couple key players not here last year. Not a team I`d like to draw against in the opening round.

Dont sleep on the Magnums.
For a first year team they had to play one hell of a schedule including 4 A PLAYOFF teams and the B CHAMPION who they lost to by an extra point just go look for yourself
I would not have them ranked that low.

Nautilus is a lot like the Rhinos. Not fast or flashy, but will beat you with the basics. Hell of a goal line D too.

Fellas, we just appreciate the chance of coming up and playing against some of the best teams in the state. Our league isn`t big enough yet to have a spring season, so any tournament we can get into is a tune-up for the fall. I think last year, no one knew us and we kind of surprised a few teams, but that obviously isn`t the case this year. Anyways, again, we appreciate you all allowing us (and Highlawn) to come up and play and yes, last year seemed hotter than 80. See you all on the 7th and thanks for the defense props Sef, youre with Lazy, right?

Nautilus, we will gladly take Sef 81`s comparison to your squad. Hopefully, we can duplicate the Bark Bowl success you had last year.
See you on the 7th.

Magnum watcher-I remember reading a quote much like the one above at the begining of the regular season. And then what happened?

How can any team that did not even play in the spring so they are probly at least very rusty be a 16 point favorite over any team and then you have Kerns who I didn`t see in the spring either beat a 6-1 spring team by 11. Take Muddawgs and BOBW and the points for easy money and the Rhinos are still getting no respect they will cover and then some. Don`t know about Nautilus but you have 2 or maybe 3 teams who have not played a snap since last year picked at the top to win it all and there are good teams who have been playing all spring. Like I said, rediculous

LIONS vs. NOVAs
Perennial powerhouses match up in the first round. It looks like we got a good old back-yard battle. I`m going to need a front row seat for this one.

LIONS vs. NOVAs
I second that! What a great game to start the day with. These two powerhouse teams have had quite a rivalry over the past 3 years. A definate must see game!

thank you for the props on nautilus. all i can say is that we will not have our full team this year once again. please dont pick us to win it all. we dont like having a bullseye on us. thank you for the props. we arnt a flashy team never have been. all i can say is go to the vffa site and there is a pic of us. we are young. no one over 30. just a bunch of country boys who like playing f-ball. we dont talk trash. but its ok if other teams talk to us. we just laugh. were slow and fat. id pick us at 500-1 odds to win it all. good luck fellows. we will try and get at least 8 of us to come up there.
