Lake Fairfax is close, standing water.
ECL is open as of this moment. Josh is at the field and we will attempt to get as many games on ECL 2 (Turf) today.
The Turf was not being used last week and should be open this morning as well for league to use.
Pleas remember if the user group with the permits shows up at ECL we will have to turn the field over to them.
Our hope is we get all 4 games in today before that happens.

YES we are using field with no permit.
This is OK as a "walk-on" group as long as the user group (in this case SYA) is not using the field.
We have cleared this already with Fairfax Park and Rec, and started doing this last Spring with no issues.

Games at EC Lawrence take place on field #1. This announcement didn`t say field #1 was closed, but that games were gonna try to be played on field #2. Interpreted it as the league trying to move Lake Fairfax games to field #2.

Teams scheduled to play at LAKE FX today your games are cancelled this week and will be made-up on later date.
Teams scheduled to play on today ECL 1 (Grass) will attempt to play your games on ECL 2 (Turf) space permitting on ECL 2.
Grass field ECL 1 is closed as well.

Did you think he might have been posting because I DID ask for his help? I was out running to the different fields to see if you all could play this morning and I asked him to jump on the messageboard and post.
Don`t forget, Shay and Tom still own this league, I just work for them.

That`s a politically correct answer Josh however I believe the intent of the comment was give you props on running the league. As far as virtual slap, yeah ok ya big dummy!!! Also if you were to put it to a coaches vote I bet 75% of the coaches don`t even know who shay is. I`m not knocking shay I`m just trying to give Josh what is due to him, recognition on "running" this league. Sorry if that hurts anyone`s feelings.
