well nautilus, we will be bringing about 8 down this year to the bark bowl.maybe 9 or ten. alot of people on vacation. sorry lazy sundae. it wont be a good rematch for YAW from last year at states. so theres a good chance sef will get his revenge. but on another note we will be changing our name in the future, we will keep the fairfax league posted about what we will be. look forward to playing next sunday. everyone will know us because we will have straw hats and farming bibs on. peace out

Not much to pass on. Theyve never beat Speedy Lube or Nautilus in the league. They hammer the weak teams cus they do have some athletes at RB and WR. Think one WR plays Arena ball. Like to get the ball to RB that has huge arms. He will flag guard EVERY time but refs here aint got the nutz to call it, so they will up there. Tough to shut down completely, but on defense, they have no flag pullers. Lotz of speed to keep up, jus cant pull flags. One secret that wont last long when they get up there, bring your ear plugs, lots of talk, especially when they make the routine.

the rhino`s are over rated. everyone who plays in the weeknight league knows this. until they move to that league under the lights, they will forever be seen as an average team. sure they won the spring league, but lets get real. the elite teams did not play in that league. The Sharks, MyPlummer, Kerns, Lions(full roster), NOVAs(full roster), Church Raiders and the list goes on. give me a break rhino`s. we will see just how good you are this fall, if you really play under the lights.

Ouch that hurts! We care so very deeply about the rantings of anonymous posters who may or may not have ever seen us play (or for that matter beat us) and have no clue about the history of our team or the IFFL/Fairfax County leagues.
I did not know that the competition sucked so bad in the spring, but I am glad this genius filled us in so we could (1) throw away our championship trophy and (2) disband before we are embarrassed by his ridiculously skilled squad.
I can only imagine how much his team would have beat us if they had some how managed to make the playoffs.

I don`t know about this guy, but the Lions had a good squad and the Novas were there and what about all of the other good teams in the spring.I play in both leagues and neither is clearly better than the other.Each league accomodates different teams and players .I play on good teams in both leagues , but we don`t always play good and that is what makes it fun.Stop worrying about other teams and what they did in the past.All we can change is the next game, so stop spraying and start playing.

yes highlawn is a up and coming team. still 3 years away from making big noise.(maybe 2 years.) i hate to say it about my fellow hburg players but highlawn does talk every second of the game. and i do mean every second. bring some earplugs because u havnt heard nothing till u play them. every play is like the just won the frickin superbowl. dont get me wrong. the have supreme talent. but as we know talent doesnt add up to jack squat in flag unless u play together as a team. but yes they have never beat the top two teams in hburg. but maybe in two years we will be speaking a different tune.

just remember(jus me). flag is about working together as a team. the reason i said 2 or three years is because it takes that long to weed out the player who dont want to be there, find players who love flag football. and u will find yourself playing on a great team. ill take 8 guys with heart and decent talent over 8 guys with supreme talent and no heart. good luck to u highlawn. i look forward to the rivalary this year between us. our league needs more up and coming teams like yourself.

I think last yr`s states finished off Speedy Lube/Bar Open. They shouldve been playing A anyways since they made the 2003 Final Four, but they managed to get into B and lose their first game. Nail on the coffin i guess.
