8:00p Playboy Bunni vs Monarchs – Playboy bunnies surprised me this past week. After playing with them a few seasons ago in the other league, their coach has brought in some talent and seem to have a decent team. Can they keep the scoring going? We shall see. Monarch beat an experienced team in MPBC. Not too sure how this one turns out. Since I still have a few insiders on Playboy I am going to take them 19-14 over Monarchs. 9:00p Closet Romo`s vs Mel Kiper`s B - Thank god the Romo’s lost. I wonder if the chocked as bad as the real Romo does in every big season. Clearly the Romos defense is decent in the redzone if it was 9-0 allowing 3 field goals or was a TD and a safety? Not sure. But still allowing 9 points is somewhat decent. But a big fat goose egg on offense is bad. Trust your receivers QB you cant run the whole time… Mel Kiper was able to put up 12 points on a somewhat veteran of a team in Playboy last week. I want Closet Romo’s to not win a game this season. Mel Kipers 20 – Closet Romos 3 10:00p Novacaine vs MPBC – Novacaine might be one of the most unpredictable teams in this league. When they have their full squad they are TOUGH to beat. Who knows who will show up. They got blown up by 27-0 last week. Makes me wonder is Collision that good or Novacaine that bad (by bad I mean not having a full squad show up). MPBC was supposed to be a veteran team that has experience but scored once. If Novacaine has a full squad I will take them 28-0. If they are missing everyone I can see a 14-10 type of game favoring Novacaine still. 9:00p Cedars vs Vegas Nights - What the hell happened here Vegas Nights? When we used to play you as Off In the Shower we couldn’t beat you and you guys came out balling every night. Cedars I still have no clue about and scored 9 points last week. I will always take the veteran team when I don’t know who the current team is. Looks like Vegas Nights 14-6. 10:00p doyouevenlift vs Collision – Congrats to Invisibleman for taking the title of “league tool” 1 week into the season. Don’t worry my man, me and Bundy have had that honor for years. Keep up your work on the message board. Once day maybe we will crosspaths. BUTTTTT don’t start puffing your chest when you beat an old hobbled team in VN. Collision is the favorite to win Sunday evenings by far. Hope you guys know how to stop a spread offense. As well, be ready for some pressure from their defense. Their D-lineman are as fast as most peoples WR and they all, are veterans in this league. I guess doyouevenlift proved that they can score by getting 2 TDs last week. Still Collision beat easily Novacaine 27-0 last week. I will take Collision 27-7. Happy you got your TD Invisibleman? But realistically I predict another shut out. 10:00a Ruckus vs Pain – No comment here. My own game. Good luck Ruckus. 11:00a The Truth vs GameFace – With the addition of Jeremy the Truth is finally able to put up points while holding Ruckus to a shutout. GameFace held on in the final seconds to beat Outlaws by 8 who were blown out by Lazy Sundae. Jeremy looked rusty in the beginning of the game but started turning it on towards the end. GameFace always plays people tough. But I am taking TheTruth 21-14 over game face on a last second score by the Truth. 8:00a Stone Cold vs Outlaws – Not too sure what is going to happen here. Outlaws played a lot better their second game while Stone Cold Beat us in Pain last week. Stone Cold offense can be stopped pretty easily but they do have some trickery up their sleeves. Sweep plays, deep bombs to DJ. If Outlaws brings the heat on Isaac and doesn’t miss flags I will take Outlaws 21-7 over SC. But if they rush 2 and give Isaac time to hit his play makers SC 21 -14. I feel like SC will take this one though. 9:00a Lazy Sundae vs Ruckus – WOW did Lazy ball out or what last week. Don’t know if Outlaws were sleeping or what but 42 points against any veteran team is still a lot. Ruckus has a LOT of atheletes on their team but couldn’t put up any points. Don’t know if it was the Truths stifling defense or a team that thinks they can run the ball the whole time and win. A seasoned team in Lazy vs young hungry guys in Ruckus. Sef don’t let me down, Lazy 21 Ruckus 6. 8:00a Choppa City vs Rebels – WOW CHOPPA I told you how to beat United and you probably sat back and let their 3 QB set beat you. I bet you didn’t rush those QBs…. As well, how many pick up their jocks after ***** RGIII (sounds much better than Vick) broke your ankles. Rebels are another experienced team here. I am taking them 21-0. 9:00a United vs Outcast – Outcast I expected a little more from you but you let me down. United beat the pants off a new squad in Choppa City. Lets see if Outcast can listen to me and rush their QBs. Outcast only does rush 2 which could be a problem for them. Is Joker playing QB for Outcast? If he is expect a TON of passes downfield. Outcast has the athletes. United has the flag smarts. Outcast 17-United 14. 10:00a Infamous vs Imposters – Infamous showed us they can score. Imposters lost to Rebels last game. I remember scrimmaging Imposters, they had some pretty decent guys. Not sure what happened. I think it will be a 17-14 game with Infamous taking the W. 11:00a Tiger Style vs The Swarm – Tiger Style was shut out by Infamous the Swarm stalemated Outcast. The Swarm is on the up and up and Tiger seems to be losing their strips. The Swarm knows how to play the game and want to win. Tiger I don’t even think I have seen you played once. Tiger 0 (sorry) The Swarm – 21. 9:00a Last Call vs Bearcats – OMG OMG OMG OMG wtf I cant believe it. They won they won. They started at the bottom won one game and are still at the bottom 5-48 now in the league. Lets see about this Bearcats beat Warriors who beat Last Call, can Bearcats make it 2-0?!??!?! I sure hope so!!!!!!!!! GO BEARCATS, Last Call you might need some off season conditioning and practices if you lose. I know I know I shouldn’t do this, Bearcats 17 – Last Call – 7. 10:00a WTF vs Bearcats – WTF lost to an experienced team in Goldrush last week. Not sure what to think here. I am thinking Bearcats will be on a roll and will since they are playing back to back. Bearcats make it 3-0 14-0. 11:00a Goldrush vs Warriors - Goldrush is the experienced team here. Warriors are the newbies who will see the oldmen warming up and take them lightly. I expect 28 – 14 Goldrush with the W.
