The Penetrators improve to 5-0 on the season, while Ruckus drop to 2-2.
The victory continues a 4 game winning streak for The Penetrators which now stands at 5 wins in a row.
The loss ends a 2 game winning streak for Ruckus.
This was the first meeting between these two teams.
Next up for The Penetrators is Collision (3-0). That game is scheduled for May 06 2012, 08:00 at GMU Rec Field 4.
Ruckus will face off against Imposters (1-3) on May 06 2012, 10:00 at Hook Road.

Anyway, Rukus lost and we lost bad. We are a first year team looking to be competative and get better each game. If anyone one has a problem with us yelling and being loud, sorry that won`t change. We are passionate and we show it. We will not apologize for that. If anyone has a problem with that (WTF) then we can discuss the matter offline.

There should be penalties for profanity. We have had complaints from youth leagues because of this. We are lucky to have all the fields we have but need to be wary that our permits could be pulled if there are too many complaints. Play clean hard football, just watch the cursing and body bags.

Since the beginning of this post all of you have written slanderous and libelous comments about my team without knowing any of us. I thought it might be useful to give you a quick vocabulary lesson.
Savages: You used this term as an adjective which means fierce and violent. In a football context this is actually a complement to our playing style. I appreciate the time you took to notice our game.
Felon: A person who has been convicted of a felony. I am sure no one on our team has been convicted of a felony.
Convict: A person found guilty of a criminal offense and serving a sentence of imprisonment. Other than minor traffic violations we have not been found guilty of any offense which warranted a prison sentence.
Thug: A member of a religious organization of robbers and assassins in India, suppressed by the British in the 1830s. No one on our team was born before 1983, sorry.
Sportsmanship: Fairness in following the rules of the game and gracious winning or losing. Other than jumping offsides or holding I am pretty sure we have followed all the rules to date. We shake hands at the end of the game just like everyone else, so I am not sure how we are different here.
I do agree that this is a league to have fun and that’s what we are here to do, in addition to be competitive. We have fun every Sunday, and now on Monday and Tuesday. Your posts have been very amusing; I equate reading your posts to watching an episode of Jersey Shore. I wonder how you would do on a Wonderlic test, don’t worry there is not spelling or grammar questions.
We are not trying to hurt anyone. I don’t think any of the teams we have played would say we were trying to intentionally hurt them. If you want to threaten us, saying that we will leave in an ambulance, I encourage you to set up a scrimmage between our teams. We would like to give you the opportunity to show us sportsmanship.
Unlike you I don’t need to hide behind a message board. I am #12 on Rukus. I will continue to have fun and enjoy the game. If you have trouble understanding what I wrote because it is above your reading level, I apologize.

I would also like to point out that YOU CAN BLOCK WITH FOREARMS. Just for some of you out there who complained to the refs that we were using our forearms to block. What makes it even worse the refs were agreeing with you by saying use your open hand only. Some of you need to check the rules out. I would also like to point out that YOU CAN BLOCK WITH FOREARMS.
While this is technically true in the USFFA Rule Book, I`d encourage you to read the entire rule and understand the spirit.
Rule 2, Section 3, Article 1 -
"Offensive players may use an extended arm (Pro block) provided palms are facing opponent and blocker is either stationary or moving backward. When using a hand or forearm block, the elbow must be outside the shoulder. The blocker`s hands may not be locked. The blocker may not swing, throw, or flip the elbow or forearm. The hands may be closed or cupped but the palms may not be facing the opponent being blocked."
Essentially, this is saying to use a forearm block, your palms have to face your chest, you cannot extend your arms or move your forearms to make the block. This is basically a co-ed blocking technique.

I understand you are fired up, you are 2-2 in your first year. HOWEVER, you need to realize, the 2 teams you beat are not very good teams, in fact, they are C level teams. The team that is truly an Open team, Pens, they throttled you 41-6. You can hype yourselfs all you want, and by the look of it, you have one of the softest schedules of ANY team. Hopefully you win the next two, and make it to the A playoffs. You will talk smack, saying how great you are, and how this doesn`t happen with most new teams, etc., etc. There is ALWAYS one team, each season, like this. Wish you the best of luck, but don`t get to carried away. You are a C level team that has had a soft schedule and it will be one and done if you make the A playoffs. But hey, talk smack while you can Uncle Ruckus...because it won`t last more than 2-3 more weeks.
