Arlington:
Arlington County league (ACFFL).
Time: 7:00 p.m. Date: Thursday, July 20, 2006
Location: Sports Office 3700 South Four Mile Run Dr. Arlington, Virginia 22206
Men’s Leagues Begin: September 9th
POC: David Green 703-228-1801.
ACFFL is a VFFA league (same rules), usually has 8 teams.

PG County:
Maryland-IFFL will be running an 8-team league inside the beltway in PG County...details to come.

IFFL:
We will be running one OPEN Sunday division in Alexandria/Franconia - which should be more convenient to teams from that area. The other 2 divisions (one OPEN, one Novice) will play in Reston.

August 6th tournament:
Looks like we WILL be running an 8-team single elimination tournament Aug 6th (same day as Bark Bowl) - either in McLean or Maryland, cost at $150/team. We will contact those teams "waitlisted" for the Bark Bowl. If your team is in the Bark Bowl already but would rather play in this tournament let me know.

Tom I think that would be great its about time the only flag played in Md and Dc is blocking down field, and I have to go to work on Monday. 2 questions where at in Pg County, and will it be week nights or Sunday morning.

The MD IFFL PG LEAGUE WILL BE IN PG COUNTY SUNDAY MORNINGS. WE THINK THE FIELD WILL BE RIVER VIEW PARK, WHICH IS NEAR FT WASHINGTON PARK

Also, coaches meeting for Fall leagues (IFFL/FCFFL) is this Monday night (7/24) - at the American Tap Room, Reston Town Center from 7-9. We have the back room.
We`re going to answer questions and solicit your feedback on league policy and rule changes, and based on that we`ll put several issues to a vote.
Won`t say if there are pitchers or not because we don`t want that to be the only reason people show up.

Hey Commish there is no field in Pg County called River View Park. I dont know if your giving the wrong name or the wrong county.I live near Ft.Washington park never heard of River Veiw.

Not sure of the name I was told River View near Ft. Washington, all I know is it is one of the boys and girl club fields and the closet field to Ft. Washington National PARK

OK I just got a call from the coach of the Play Makers (Sean) he was at the field and this is what it say and where it is.
It is called RIVER VIEW COMMUNITY PARK, Sean said there was no address posted, but gave, me the address of the house closest to the park (about block away). So if you map quest the below address will give you a better idea as to where the IFFL will be playing for or IFFL/PG league this fall.
