So, while they aren`t official and there`s nothing to be handed out but recognition for a job well done, I think it`s cool to talk about standout performers/teams for the season.
So, looking back on Fall 2011, who are your MVPs? Best at each position?
If I had to pick an MVP, it`d be up in the air between Slash or Willie from Collision. Slash clearly meant more to his team than most players in this league. I think even Pain will tell you he took them from being a team with about the same shot as most at winning an A title to a true contender.
Willie, on the other hand is quietly becoming one of the best pass rushers in the league and putting together more titles between the IFFL and weeknights (and another league, but who cares about that league?) than most players in this league will ever see.

When you post as commish, don`t post rambling nonsense. Post as Fats Bundy when you want to talk aboust something worthless (like MVP). post as Josh when it actually is relevant.

@Hey Bundy - Fair point, I`ll make sure to use this profile for silly stuff from now on. However, would it be cool to add something like this for the Fall?
@lol - No, he also played one regular season game.
@I vote - If we knew who SC Lover was it might be a valid vote. They have a couple players worthy of discussion.

Who on SC is worthy of discussion? maybe #3. Since you started this post, maybe you can name one or two from each team for us so we can be in the know too

Bundy as the #1 person who needs to get a life. Jason from Collision should be the only one being talked about as MVP.

plus Jason would not be the MVP and anyone who played them and saw their games knows that. And Jason would be the first one to tell you that.

Maybe I do need a life, but I life fairly certain I`m doing just fine in that department. I probably won`t sit here and list someone from each team but I can give some thoughts on my lunch break.
Stone Cold - Thomas, DJ, Isaac and Matt. Out of these 4, DJ is probably the biggest addition Stone Cold made in the offseason, but the argument can be made for Matt. Look at how they fared before he joined the team, after and look at how they did on Sunday. You can never downplay the importance of having a solid, consistent QB.
Outcast - Their QB is the main guy who stands out to me. They didn`t look great on Sunday, but this guy makes some really good throws and decisions on the run.
Pain - Obviously I already talked about Chuck, but I think Hollywood deserves a mention here too. He`s always been one of the best corners in the league and if they can get Slash to stick around, he`s probably going to turn into one of the better YAC threats in the league as well.
Collision - Yes, Jason does deserve to be in the conversation. The only A title he didn`t win this year was weeknight Spring. His teams are always in the mix and usually in the title game and his Wolves are the first 3 time A champs and have a shot for 3 in a row in the Spring.
Position bests? That`s tougher to say but I think there`s some standouts:
QB - Jeremy. He`s too good to argue against. The Scavs didn`t have a great Fall but he`s still the best. I`d put Collision`s up there and I like Manny from the Pens as well.
WR - DJ and Thomas from SC are real nice. Thomas goes and gets jump balls as good as anyone I`ve seen and DJ runs past people like they were standing still. Cam from Outcast is as a tough matchup for most anyone and Shane from Pain is Slash`s go to guy and as clutch as anyone out there.
I`m probably just going to stop there. I could probably write all day but I`d rather get other people talking about this too.

Oh, I don`t know. I`d probably rank Young up there. And yeah, probably should have mentioned Slash in the best QB honors too but screw that guy, I`m tired of losing to him!

From the games I played in this year, here is who I think their best players are on their team (from what I remember):
-Scavs - Jeremy , Nunn and Nunn
-Pain - Chuck, Hollywood, Shane
-The Truth - Missed this game
-Stone Cold - Missed this game
-Collision - QB and their WR that ran a fly route every play
-Who U Wit - Big white D-lineman, and QB was very shifty, definitely a runner first
-The Penetrators - Manny, #0, Bobby; Short bald head D-lineman also
-Vegas Nights - #34
-Chuck Norris - They got 1 CB that was very solid dont remember #
