Greetings sabbath breakers!  While I normally reserve my pontification for the weeknight league, I believe both leagues deserve playoff love!  So for all of you who are going to be playing Tommy`s new Vegas money making scheme tomorrow, here`s my analysis and gambling recommendations.

  • Stone Cold (1) vs Lazy Sundae (8) - The 1 vs 8 game offers a classic matchup of old school versus failed out of school.  Stone Cold has been the talk of the league, nevermind that 99.9% of it comes from their own team.  No matter, if nothing else, SC is exciting to watch, just don`t bring your kids or they`ll learn a lot of new interesting words.  Lazy on the other hand, is simply too old to compete in this game.  Look for SC and their Jared Lorenzen looking QB to walk away with this one.

  • Outcast (2) vs WhoUWit (7) - A rematch of Sunday`s upset of the week.  WUW shocked Outcast with a big win on Sunday to lock up their A playoff spot.  Can the once mighty team that made a run to the final four of A states regain their old form and make a run through the IFFL A playoffs?  If they get their game together, yes they can.  WUW is much more athletic than Oldcast and if they have a good turnout Sunday morning look for a sad ending to a good season for Outcast.

  • Collision (3) vs Scavengers (6) - This is probably one of the best games of the first round.  Both teams are extremely similar.  They both run spread, have a lot of experienced flag vets and both teams could take the whole thing.  Gump never fails to deliever a solid game, and when he has his full corp of receivers they can be deadly dangerous.  If Scavs get Cube, Mike and one of their kickers to show up, they`ll be just as deadly.  The key to this game is Jason from Wolves.  If Los Lobos` coaching genius decides to come out and help against his former QB and teen idol Bibersdorf chalk up a win for the Gump Gang.  The big question mark?  One has to wonder how the "Collisions" are recovering from the "fisting" SC LOVER was planning on giving them Sunday.  Maybe that`s what the post game fight was about?

  • Pain (4) vs The Truth (5) - Here`s all you need to know about this game.  3 previous matchups, Ole Noodle Arm 3 - FatAss 0.  Asst. Commisioner Chubbs and his crew have never beaten ONA and the Pain gang, and now that Staph is slinging the rock for them expect more of the same as Pain wins this one easily.

Swami is Bundy just to let everyone know.

"Here`s all you need to know about this game. 3 previous matchups, Ole Noodle Arm 3 - FatAss 0. Asst. Commisioner Chubbs"

This is the obvious diction of a man who is talking about himself. A 3rd party writing about this would not focus on The Truth`s right tackle as the key point, because he essentially has very little to do with if The Truth win. Typical prediction of the other team winning to try and disguise it.

I know, 100% fact, Swami is Bundy.

Nice x 2

Love these posts. Swami = Locs? no way. Swami = Bundy? I am pretty sure I know who Swami is and I seriously doubt it. Swami used to post as somebody else using some of the exact same words before Bundy`s team was even in the league. If you have been playing here for 5 years or more you might know who I am talking about but I am not going to give it away.
