05/15 : Collision pummels Pain 31-8

Collision improves to 1-1 in the postseason, while Pain sits at 0-1.

The victory snapped a 2 game losing streak for Collision.

This is the fewest points scored in a game this season by Pain. The loss comes on the heels of a Pain victory in their last game.

These teams had played each other twice prior to this matchup. Collision won both of those games. Their most recent matchup was Oct 17 2010, 10:00, a IFFL - Reston/Fairfax Fall League "Open" regular season game which Collision won 12-7.

Really no drive-by-drive recap needed...same ol Pain. They had a bad turnout to begin with...only eight or nine players. Basically, Pain got beat on big plays in the secondary all game. It looked like they had good pressure on Collision`s QB, but coverage was real suspect. I don`t think Collision had to sustain a real drive on offense all game. Pain`s offense did squat. Collision had good field position pretty much all game. Collision defense had a pick 6.

The lone score for Pain came from a Hollywood scamper. They`ve got some work to do in the offseason if they want to get the one-and-done monkey off their back.
