Check under the League Info tab. The GMU Rec Fields are listed there. I`m pretty sure they are the fields in the back past the softball diamond and turf fields. I`ve never had an IFFL game there before.

We are on the nice grass fields. Tom and Mike are going to line them , but they are calling for rain all this weekend. We get a great field and get screwed by the rain !!!!!!

yea, the Turf will be lined by myself today...
Field #3(Turf) and Field #4(Patriot Bermuda Grass). The grass field drains pretty well so playing on a muddy field will not be an issue if the rain is light

Mason has four intramural fields. We are playing on field #3 which is a turf field but has NO football lines, and field #4 which is a grass field used for Rugby. The turf field is a soccer field. and has no goal post. we will use a soccer goal and PVC piping to create a FG post.

so if one field is turf and the other grass does that mean due to rain the games could get postponed on one field and not the other? that would make for a big time scheduling nightmare to have half the bracket completed and the other half rained out.

If we get a good amount of rain this weekend will we still use the grass field? IF NOT: Will second round games scheduled be postponed to the following week to allow all first round games to be played?

This has already been decided and were going to keep it simple.
The schedule will remain the same, if we can`t play on the grass field then the turf field will be shut down as well and the schedule will be pushed back a week.
The thing is Mike will make the decision if we can play or not. I was told the grass field there can take on much more water then the fields we have in FX. So if have to cancel the games on the other fields (B&C games) the games at GMU still might be played.
