B Playoffs use the `rule of four` bracket, not a traditional bracket. 1 plays 4, 2 plays 5 etc...

Yes, the BC are really supposed to be in the "B" playoffs, I sent this to coaches yesterday:
"There was a small glitch with the web site. It had the Bearcats with a 1-6 record and PDF of -5.9 that had them seeded 27th overall, well that was wrong they were 1-5 with a PDF of -5.2 and they are really seeded at 22nd"

Ooops!!
After looking at the actual brackets and not some mope`s bracket posting I have updated my predictions.
Outlaws still win B.
But now I have WTF winning C. This change is based on the actual bracket and how the games are scheduled.
