05/08 : The Truth shuts out Collision 18-0

The Truth improves to 6-0 on the season, while Collision drops to 4-2.

This is the sixth time The Truth shutout an opponent this season. The victory continues a 5 game winning streak for The Truth which now stands at 6 wins in a row.

The loss ended a 2 game winning streak for Collision. This is the fewest points scored in a game this season by Collision, and the first time Collision failed to score against an opponent this season.

These teams are very familiar with one another, having now played 5 times. The Truth currently owns a 3 game winning streak in this rivalry. Their previous contest occured in a Fairfax Mens Summer League "Open" regular season game Jun 28 2010, 22:00, which The Truth won 7-0. Overall, The Truth is 3-2 against Collision.

They don`t need to beat any of those teams to prove anything. 6-0 and 6 shutouts, that speaks for it`s self right there. Homo for The Truth and there D.

I don`t understand that talk. This is the same Truth team that they`ve always been. They`ve been beating Collision and Vegas Nights is only half decent half the time. They play great D and do enough on O. They haven`t played the elite yet this season (Wolves, Scavs, Lazy, Pens, and even Pain and Outcast are probably better than VN and Collision this season). Bottom line they are a solid team and a hard out for anyone but haven`t yet beat another great team...

Scavs, Wolves, those teams haven`t played anybody this year either. Hell Scavs just played crappy WTF and barley won. Just cus The Truth hasn`t played them yet doesn`t mean there just ok or anything. Trust me they do have a few new people sprinkled in there that is making a huge difference on that D. Homo for The Truth and there D.

My bad, meant Truth have NEVER beat one of those level teams during any season...

They are a good team and probably have the best defense but haven`t had that statement win yet...

congrats Truth

The only way giving up 0 points for an entire regular season isn`t impressive is if you got forfeits every week. Congrats guys, see you in the playoffs...

out 4 "C" teams is not respectable. The funny thing is the good teams mess around during games they can win with 7 players. Playoffs will be a different story. The wont go far with that offense

Al, truthfully can you say any of the teams in your division are A teams?

Not hatin, good job on going through the whole season without giving up a point. Thats a tremendous feat in itself regardless of the team. One missed flag and a doo doo team could score on the state champs so great job in the reg season.

(lol no pun intended) they are a top 8 A level team the past 2 seasons so not sure why everyone is hating on them? teams do get better the more they play so it make sense they are getting better every season. top 8,top8 now top 4 whats so hard to understand about that?

It;s just the spring open

format. Decent teams look better than they are based on competition. Wolves and Scavs have won the past two titles. Truth has a chance to get respect in the playoffs
