Quick question can a ref throw a flag on a player who is on the sideline cursing. For ex: player is upset with himself for not making a catch and hes on the sideline and says "****! shoulda made that catch"
Can he be flag since hes not on the field?

Also be careful if you have fans on your sideline that are cursing too. You can get a penalty for that as well. It happened to us.
