1. GH- very organized and has the best qb in the league
2. Rude Budda- tough,solid players all around especially on the lines
3. Team Beer- some might disagree but usually has one of the better Defenses
4. TNT- explosive offense, will get better with experience

first of all any of the 4 can win.
grand hustle is a solid team and actually have a `coach`. they have a ton of subs and always keep their guys fresh. they played in the b league and didnt do well but they looked pretty legit last season going 4-2-1 with a nimble qb and decent receivers. their dline was pretty tough too. probably the most complete team
rude buddha (5-2) gets way too much credit! ya there decent but #2? in their last 2 iffl seasons they r 7-7. they had a good playoffs but they beat the 6th seed aasc and needed overtime to beat the 7th seed 70 chip before losing to a good havok team 13-7
team beer is a pretty good team but it looks like ther d is why they win. they were 6-1 last season with 4 shutouts. they got worked by tnt! they hav good regular seasons but cant get it done in the playoffs
tnt had a good season but very inconsistent. if ther offense plays like it did last seson and their d gets hot watch out! they are definitely a darkhorse to win it
rebels and ligers both hav good teams they could both pull some upsets. i think there will be a lot of parady in the league this season. there is no real frontrunner
