#1... Penetrators- Should be in the A league, last years proves that this team is on the uprise.
#2... Mutiny- Team is on the verge of a break out season.
#3... Midgets- They played in the hardest division last season, this should be childsplay.
#4... The Truth- Up and coming.
#5... United- Down and Out they have a couple seasons left before we bring out the rocking chairs.

- Chuck Norris: Known for their physical style of play, but that hasn`t translated into wins. A solid showing in the summer tournaments might give them some confidence as most of the teams that gave them an L are in A League this season.
- Goldrush: Needs to more consistent on both sides of the ball, but they were able to get a couple of wins in the summer tournaments like Chuck Norris. The only teams` "number" they have are the Midgets.
- United: Should be one of the top 5 teams if they can get back to the things that made them so successful in the 2008 season.
- Wildcats: New teams never do well starting off in the open. This doesn`t look any different.
- The Truth: Needs more "big plays" to get over the hump. They`ve had a ton of 14-10, 14-7 games. They do play solid, but could be a dark-horse team in open.
- The Penetrators: The team has speed, needs a bit more solid play in the "clutch moments," but due to their experience and solid play over the last year, year and a half should be a top 5 team.
- Team America II: They had that one great season in C League, but this isn`t C League, is the "II" version of the team any better?
- NTAC: Is back and should make things interesting with a couple wins this season in open.
- Mutiny: Although they lost 2 games in the Bark Bowl, experience and team chemistry is key. They should bounce back and have a solid showing in open.
- Midgets: Not sure what has happened to them since the Fall of 2008, they`re 2-9 in that stretch, and don`t seem headed in the right direction.
- Wolfpack: They started off the Spring one of the hottest teams but faded, losing their last 4 games down the stretch. Can they stay the course?
- Team Franchise: Can this team get it together, field enough players, and act like a real franchise?
In all honesty, I think the top few teams of C could probably give the bottom few teams of B a run for their money.

with 3 0f the 4, however, The Truth who have two wins in Spring `09 Open and were shut out in an Open Tourney do not crack the top 10 in the Fall B `09. They have two three good players (Unibomber, QB and #86) That is about it. Not enough consistency to be a contender. Their Fall Record will be one win better than the Spring. I would move NTAC or CN in that 4th spot. The true dark horse would be Wildcats, since we know nothing about them. Good Luck to everyone.

I know this is your opinion but how in the hell do you justify ranking the Midgets as a Top 5 team? I like those guys, they are great sports but they were 2-5 in Spring and were destroyed and shut out by Chuck in the Reston Cup. You need to swap out Midgets and insert Chuck.
The Truth, you must be be kidding with this one. How do you justify them? However, if you can`t answer logically I`ll take it as you`re sleeping with the coach as justification.
The real RANKING should be:
1.) Pens (should be A, not sure why they were allowed to stay in B)
2.) Mutiny
3.) N.T.A.C. (only if they have their Fall `08 QB)
4.) United
5.) Chuck Norris

Right now you are the highest in the B standings that you will be for the rest of the year (2nd). Any team that was invited to play in the Reston Cup qualifies as a low level B team or a C league team. But, use all this to prove everyone wrong! Good luck this year.

well im not my whole team an if you did play on my team you would know the team is getting the right people, every team has a point to where they rebuild..reston cup everyone picked up players so i dont want to hear that crap they lost too so say something..i didnt play in the reston cup championship..bash as much as u want to make you feel better about how your team is just a little bit better than a team thats rebuilding that says a lot about your team
