This should be a great season. Just my opinion. My preseason rankings go as follows: "A" 1. Rhinos. Let us be honest, the defending champions should always be a preseason #1. The title is theirs to lose. They did look revamped in the summer tourneys. 2. Pitbulls/Sharks. Some have said that they have crested and are now on the downswing. Unfortunately, their downswing is probably better than some teams` upswing. 3. Wolves. The team you want to beat so bad but they seem to do everything right. They seem so proper and Wonder bread but they will abuse you like Ike Turner did Tina. They remind me of those Ivy League bball teams. 4. Pain. The team everyone hates. Con"Vick" like QB and a shutdown defense. Before some of you whine about them being before VN, BB, and Lazy, let me explain. Pain is 2-1 vs VN, split w/ BB, and has an actual tie against Lazy. My opinion is that Pain is getting better while the others are in a holding pattern. Read on. 5. Lazy. Old timers can still pull it off but it takes a while for them to warm up. Everything rides on that good fellow Sef`s shoulders and that Culpepperesque QB. 6. Bad Boys. Usually one of the elite and still very capable of taking the title home to MD. The big IF stands in their ability to field a team. I would begin docking players paychecks for absences. That anemic showing in the Bark Bowl was embarrassing for such a good team. 7. Vegas Nights. This team seems to squabble a lot. They are good but sometimes implode if behind. I`m still amazed that guy can keep that hat on all game without it falling off. 8-9-10 Any order. Collision. Upcoming team in the group. They have a couple of decent upsets most notably against a stunned Pain team and a has been Mutiny squad. Let us not get it twisted as they say on Georgia Avenue. They will still take their lumps this season. Outlaws. The team that hasn`t had it together since they won the C division. Revolving door at QB hasn`t helped. Great athletes and a good line will allow them to surprise some teams. Outcast. Veteran team of good guys. They`ll beat you if you let them. They are kind of like the kid you could always beat up but hurt the most after fighting.
Discuss.
Disclaimer: The above is only my opinion. No insults will change that.

But let me make some counter points:
1. As much as I agree the defending champ should always be number one going in, you have to look at a bigger picture. Rumor has it that the Rhinos from the summer will not be the Rhinos in the Fall, and with several keys injuries and personnel losses, I think that you have to drop them to third, maybe lower.
2. The Wolves or Lazy almost have to be the consensus number one going into the Fall. The Wolves ran through the Spring league undefeated, won Stars and Stripes and many of their players had a nice showing with TC in the Bark Bowl. Lazy also had a nice run in the Bark Bowl losing to the eventual champs, Firm. And without D-MOB in the Fall, one of these two is going to take it.
Outside of that, I pretty much agree with your list.

My seeds...

1. Lazy - Beat the Wolves in the spring Playoffs and a pretty good showing against D-Mob. 2. Wolves - Could be #1 if they ever beat Lazy 3. Rhinos - Dropped down to 3 because Locs is out with his little piggy at the market. Sure he is slow as dial-up, but calls for a double team creating a mis-match on the ends. 4. Pitbulls - good team for a long time. Can never count them out. 5. Pain - Lets see which Pain team we get. The one who laid an egg at the S&S against the Wolves or the one who played the #2 team in the nation very tough at the BB.
All in all should make for a very good year. Not sure anyone is undefeated going into the playoff this year.

Welcome back Professor! LOL As a tech guy, I love the "as slow as dial-up" reference. That is hilarious! However, I like to consider myself wireless `cause I can`t be touched. I`ll be here all weekend people 2 shows a night Fri - Sun.

ARE STACKED. They are basically putting an all-star team together from some of the better weeknight players, and the classic vets who normally play with them.

The Sharks that played in the Bark Bowl is this year Kerns same team and they didnt stack. Now the Pitbulls have about 5 Sharks on it and Overhyped Bum probably playing in Harrisonburg this fall. So if we are stacked its not with Sharks.

Yeah I`m in the process of trying to get something situated, (taking a break from writing this paper for my online class great way to spend a Friday night) looking pretty strong like I`ll probably be moving but hopefully I`ll still make it to a few of the games. We`ll see!

Tyson, good luck in Hburg. For selfish reasons, I would rather see you playing for M&G than for the Pitbulls.
