Please clarify the skip rule. Is it allowed or not ?.In a game on Sunday morning the ball was trapped against the ground and some of the players on the field thought the ball was dead.A big play followed as well as a lot of confusion.Hats off to the refs for conferring about the issue and keeping the peace.They said since there was no official notification on the rule they decided they will play the rest of the game by allowing a skip.Fortunatley , everyone was a good sport about it, but it needs to be clarified and made known to EVERYONE .It is on the FCFFL website as being changed , so what is the deal ???
