Naw, really, the refs out there in MD were MUUUUUCH different in comparison to the VA league.. Good Game Trick 1.

definitely need to be on the same page as the VA refs. Granted, Trick 1 was up by 18 with 2 minutes to go, we should have been afforded the opportunity to finish the game out as points do matter in this league. The refs did not let us receive the kick. They told us that the slaughter rule is 18.

The refs did not impose the 1 yd rule at the line of scrimmage. They told us during the game that we have to request it before the game for them to enforce it

we have been dealing with this the whole season the game play rules that are stated and the only thing we had to go by being new to it all diff then the field play rules against the sharks the guy flag fell off so i stopped he kept running and the refs said we had to touch him the rules said when your flag comes off your down right there but every ref calls the game diff. and interprets the rules diff and we fell victim to the slaugher rule also some teams in md league play in the va league weeknights i guess and they perfer md officiating but as for the 1yd i got to read on that i know u r not suppose to line up within a yard of the center or something along those lines but what do u mean? was it the same when yall were in the md league last year?

lol

yeah its all good though its fun 4 us we dont even worry about winning we let everybody get alot of pt on both sides of the ball we love the game wether u r 350lbs or 150 u going get pt on my team and get the ball in the reg season ne way lol wether its a or b or c a champ is a champ to me its r first year we had fun the md refs let u play a lil bit is what we realize and they were informative to how the game is played in md sometimes after the fact but its all good a least they let us know so we can be ready next year being new we have neva seen how the va refs call games but i guess we will find out soon good luck in the playoffs to all that read this post

Definitely read up on the rules going into the playoffs if you guys play in VA. Regarding the 1 yd rule, in VA, they use a stick at the line of scrimmage for the neutral zone. You cannot line up within that zone.

T1... you guys have alot of athletes and should do well with continuity in your squad. But if you guys decide to take a break in the fall... tell #22 to hit me up!!! lol.. we`d love to have him.

yeah we def. need to read up on the rules i played qb and scored a couple tds the second game 1 got called back it was a 30yd run play when i got to the 5yd line instead of just putting a spin move on the guy i decided to dive ref flags came flying from eveywhere lol we didnt know about the diving and jumping rule we are thinking bout playing in the fall if md got a league my whole team from the same neighborhood so we going to stick together i guess we going try the c league in the fall so we can get all the rules and officiating styles down good luck in the playoffs gh
