Is weak. Wolves go undefeated and give up less than 30 points on the whole season. DM will probably not be beaten either, but their competition is definitely tougher than the Wolves.

I wouldn`t say we`re weak. We don`t have a clear number 2. I`ll bet that our number 3 to 7 would dominate the other divisions, MD not included.

Wolves are not that great and are very beatable (check week one schedule).

only thing a team from the Westie could dominate is Fireman`s mouth. You guys are doing a great job.

Most of the B+ teams from fall is in our division. Besides Rhinos, Pain, Lazy, Nuts, and maybe Outcast; the rest are poo. Either teams coming up from Novice or too crappy to even crack the B+ playoffs.

Hey
Apr 30, 2009 12:26 PM | | ; |
westie or now you will be referred to as dummy, the Champs from the Fall are all in the Open Central (Rhinos, Pain, Mutiny) Dummy you are poo and so is your beloved West except for the Awesome Wolves.

You`re calling me dummy but Mutiny is your justification?
Like I said Pain and Rhinos are good.
Mutiny is definitely poo. It`s easy to come in 9th when you`re not playing the top 8 teams.

Fact
Apr 30, 2009 5:35 PM | | ; |
With the exception of the Open West division , each division boasts 3 good teams ( yes , I am including Md) . Looks like the Wolves will have smooth sailing this year, Hope they take advantage of it .

|
Hey dummy
Apr 30, 2009 7:06 PM | | ; |
here is why you are a dummy:
First your grammar is horrible ("is" should be "are", plural)
Second, you brought up the Fall of `08, I highlighted the champs in which the OPEN Central boast all THREE. No champs from WEST but quite a few CHUMPS.
Third, your "B+" teams from Fall `08 have a combined playoff record of 2 - 5 = LOSER.
Well, Dummy, as I wrote before you and the WEST blow with the exception of the really great WOLVES team.

Open West

is very solid with PKL, MS, Pens, United, Wolves, and Outlaws. Any of these 6 teams would undefeated if there were in the weak Central. Pain and Rhinos are ok. The rest are whack. Bring it! The league is lucky this division will only put two teams into A playoffs

Hey idiots, check the records of all the teams from each division last season, you`ll see Open West is clearly the best, thread closed.

Except for the 5 teams I listed earlier, everyone else would be lucky to be 2-5 in the West. If you disagree, tell me who would have a winning record in the West. Let us know what`s on their resume that makes them so good. Did any of them make it to the States final four or the B+ final four? Did they even make the B+ playoff?

You would like some stats that symbolize your dumbness:
- Central has 5 Teams above .500 - East has 4 Teams above .500 - WEST has only 2 Teams above .500
DEFENSE WINS CHAMPIONSHIPS
- WEST has no defense by allowing a combined 396 pts. - East has allowed a combined 433 pts. - Central has allowed 264 pts.
None of the Teams in the WEST WON 2008 States nor finished in the TOP 3. Nice try though, we all know when it comes to competition 4th place sucks - ask any Olympian or World Cup Athelete.

It`s not even fun arguing with you cause you make no sense.
Here`s some stats for you. Wolfpack is 2-1 in the central. They`re so good that they`re on an 0-2 slide against Chuck Norris. Chuck Norris! 83 pts in the last two games Chuck Norris. Where are you ARG? We found an opponent for Chuck.
Besides Pain, Rhinos, and pooMutiny the rest of Central have 0 experience in Open. From now on I`m calling you guys the Rookie Division.
You still haven`t answered my question. Which powerhouse would have a winning record in the West. West: -MS (TC players - 3rd place A states, Magnums - B champs states) -United (3rd place B states) -PKL (Division champs, B+ Final four) -Outlaws (B+ Final Four) -Penetrators (B+ Playoffs) -Hokies (B+ Playoffs)
Rookies: -Collision - first year in Open -The Truth - couple of practice squad guys -Team Franchise - currently on a 3-8 tear, didn`t qualify for B+ -Wolfpack - first season in Open, 0-2 vs. Chuck -pooMutiny - didn`t even qualify for B+

Agreed

It`s not really close, West has the best all-around division. If anyone can prove this wrong with any logic at all please feel free to do so.

Who cares
May 01, 2009 9:44 AM | | ; |
The bottom line is this years champion will have to play the same amount of playoff games as everyone else.

|
Wolves

will emerge strong cause of the competition they will face week in and week out. Look for MS,outlaws, or united to make it to the big dance with them

Force
May 01, 2009 10:08 AM | | ; |
Wolves could be a force to reckon with. As they acquired a QB that can throw more than 20 yards and they added some depth. This team usually sweeps in the regular season. The true challenge will be in the playoffs. Be aware as they build momentum.

One of the division winner will get a lower seeded Central team for the first round. Another division winner might get the Sharks in the 1st round if the Sharks lose to DM this weekend. That`ll be fun.
