26-7. Pain played consistant O with long drives and lockdown D. Hokies probably had better athletes but lacks any offensive alternatives when a team decimates their spread and that`s what Pain did.

a few other players switched teams also, guess this a just a league of people with no character - idiots!

Teams

break up and mix up all the time. It`s not that players have no character, they just want to play with different teams. Maybe their team broke up and they need a new team. Maybe, unlike yourself, they have friends on multiple teams, and decide they want to play a season with their other friends. As long as the switches happen preseason, why does it matter?

looked good for a second week in a row. They may be the team to beat in the division.

Not really

Pain will only go as far as Hollywood`s noodle arm....which is not very far.

The beating wasn`t as bad as it looked, the Hokies actually put up a good fight. What killed them was the QB and the little guy running the option, not guarding the center on pass plays, and the pass rush, which was in the QB`s face all day. With a little more experience in the league (and a couple lineman whe weigh more than a buck seventy), they will be fine.

I thought Hokies ran the spread? Or are we talking about DLINE?
| |
|
They tried....
Sep 25, 2008 1:01 PM | | ; |
but the DL of Pain was getting to the QB too quick, so they put some o-lineman in to block on about half the plays.
| |
|
yea

the hokies QB didn`t look too mobile with all the braces on his legs. you contain him and force him to throw and any team "should" be able to beat them.
| |
|
hahah

the hokies qb looks like forest gump with all his braces. they suck.
