I know for sure this is Legacy and Pains first season out as a team. Not sure about the rest but I think Clubhouse has a few season under their belts.

This week will show which division is stronger...Legacy vs. Frontline is def. the highlight game of the week...Frontline has not been tested this year...Legacy could be a true test for them.

Yeah I think this is going to be a good match up. Our game doesn`t start until 11:30 but I might have to come out early to watch this game. Legacy is a BIG A$$ TEAM. I think their average size is like 6"4 / 260lbs +

My money goes to Legacy and I think they will cover the spread easily.

Nope, don`t ride the pine. But yes you are right. I`m a real A leaguer that DOES feel the need to bash C league teams!!

Read your post jackazz, guess you were a C student too....

Jimmie you can bash C league all you want...but you guys are getting your ass waxed by United...last fall`s C league champion...next fall you`ll get your ass waxed by new C league champion...C league is used as a steppin stone to get a feel for the game...why don`t you just shut up and try to make your b league playoffs...beeeeeeotch!

United

We got a nice start under our belts but we`re not kidding ourselves. We are a middle of the road team and we ain`t running over the league. But bashing the C league is pretty lame.

You`re "playing" in A, and you`re bashing the C league. Yet you`re still scared to list who you play for? pathetic. don`t tell me you`re scared of the C league.

I apologize for bashing any C teams. You are right in that it`s a good place to get a feel for the league, or if you are on a team that may enjoy the physical activity or commraderie more so than the competitive outlet, then you are in the right place.

But looking at that from a gamblers view (i.e. point spreads in the C division).. Would any good gambler lay cash on teams that are either "getting a feel for the game" or "out there for the fun of it"?? That`s why I`m the Greek - not some anonymous A player. Collinsworth, Sheridan and Korn-holer don`t report on the World League or WNBA and neither do I.

So if you guys are so proud of your C team, state your name and your team, and we`ll be looking for you next year in A after you "get a feel for the game." You don`t have to be anonymous either. I can offer you this though - you will see a difference between the A and C competition, so any time spent in C "getting a feel for the game", you can probably double before you get a feel for the game in A.

I don`t wanna knock the talent level or athleticism in C, because I`m sure it`s there. But the premier teams in A usually have good athletes all the way down the roster. But I`d be willing to bet there is a C team or two out there, that needs their neighbor, that guy down in accounting, or that chic with a big azz (but can still catch) to come out on Sundays just to round out a roster. And as tired as it sounds, the experience you get in A pays big dividends too. Just look at some of the old geezers on the hall of champions photos.

I will give kudos to United and their rise from C. Although I haven`t seen them perform this spring, they seem to be on a good track. Congrats to them, good luck, and the modesty is appreciated.

My real pet peeve is jackazzes that can`t put a coherent message together on this thing. Use spell-check or some punctuation or something!! C`mon fellas... why write some incoherent, 2nd grade, scribble-babble on here and then sign your name to it?

The Greek is out - now don`t bother me anymore, I`m going to the bar!!

C`mon buddy...the spreads are posted for fun...to have a good thread to read during work hours...I understand that experience in A league pays big dividends as well...but look at a team like the lightening...they`re way over their head jumping to A...talent might be there but it`s the little things like...what kind of calls you get from the refs...ie flag guarding...blocking down field etc...C league is a great place for a first year team to get the hang of those little things and prepare for the A league. Like you said A league teams have been there for quite a long time...Mudd dawgs were in C league...going deep...outlaws...red storm...I bet they all can attest to how C league helped them getting used to the league. It`s hard to keep a roster from year to year...imagine your team just getting pummeled every week...players will be pretty discouraged to come back next year...I honestly think C league will be good for the league`s growth...actually it`s a fact that C league is helping the league grow....look at the league from 3 years ago to now...instead of bashing the league you can maybe give some pointers and help these teams stay in the league in the fall and the following spring!!

It`s pretty simple actually, if you don`t want to read/hear anything about the C league, don`t click on the threads that have the word "Novice" in the title. What`s so hard about that?
