can not be on two teams in the same league(IFFL), however you can play for a team in the IFFL and the FCFFL

Guys do it all the time.There is really no way to stop it unless someone sees it , but there is always loop holes to get around it.Unless the guy is really good and draws attention to himself.

If you are caught you will forfeit that game, if a coach knows that your playing for 2 divisions same league your jus looking for trouble, an incident last year a b league player suited up for a c league game, the head official recognized him from the day previous, the ref let then kick off then called the game as a forfeit because they fielded an ineligible player.
