Man it`s about that time this season gets started. I`ve been going through withdrawals.
Sheri normally handles the D1 lines so I`ll be taking care of the D2 lines.

No, a + number by a teams name means they are the dogs.
ie:
Practice Squad (+7) vs Diesel
means Diesel is favored to win, and they need to win by 7 or more to cover the spread.

I do know how to read them... the original lines have penetrators (+7), which means they are dogs. So i asked, then i was told that they are favored. so im asking about the others for clarification.
