every team looked improved. Penetrators have some fast guys(52 I think, and underamour with the sleeves) and have definitely picked up a Better QB, PS looks like they`ve been practicing a lot but still having that QB controversy (they switched QB`s at least 4 times) if they can get that squared away they will definitely be up there. GH`s 24 and 7 are both beast out on the field, they have the same thing as PS though, they need to figure out the QB spot. CN got back there old QB and he looked really good. a lot better then who we saw in the Championship, I guess hes all healed up. didn`t see the rawdawgs but heard they got spanked. S&S didn`t even show up(BAMA`S) and I couldn`t tell with the midgets, they didn`t look like they added anyone new but they got new uniforms, and the QB for a big guy sure can allude in the pocket and fling the ball down field. If there line could have held out for a split second on 2 plays they would have had 14 more points on the board easily. Big boy Ben`s got an arm. Good Tourney to all the teams that showed up. yeah every team did improve with the penetrators having a lot of speed on the field at almost every position, ps i did not see qb changes but they also looked good, midgets 1st game defense looked good i think they have a new guy at pass rusher he`s fast and strong gave cn trouble, i did not see their second game but heard they lost because they got wore down with speed,gh same old team need an to make up there mind at qb and also have a deep team, raw dawgs did not have anyone new and cn and ta both still look solid..

have about a month til the start of the season -
lots of things can change, whether it be injuries, team chemistry, new players...
the reston cup was a good way for teams to get a feel for the game back
