Team Franchise and how are they in B League without one game played? Before you post with your rocket science comments, it should take more then one player to peel off a previous team and also move up a league.

Well

As I see it, its a new team, is it mandatory to play in C when you first join the league? No, I dont think it is, but it is advised that you do. A few teams jumped into open that I know of that have never played in the league before, let them learn. All good, just get ready to play ball in a few weeks

Seems like the B league is almost like the "New C" All the teams in there are teams that recently moved up.
That might be the reason why TA moved to B+ probably wanted more competition???

if tom is allowing teams to enter into Open without proving anything in C then, teams should be allowed to be in whatever division they want. Did TA request B+?

Again

Let teams play where they want. Take their lumps and move on. Apprently these teams think they can compete, so give them a chance and see what happens. They pay fees just like we all do. Few more weeks gentleman, then we will see how these teams do. Im guessing some will do ok.

I heard the Chicken Little Hawks split from the Penetrators. I guess the Penetrators dumped all the low-lifes......lol

hype?

All these B teams keep running their mouths about the new 0-0 B teams... If your team is so great...y arent you playing in A?
| |
|
because
Jul 28, 2008 12:01 PM | | ; |
A is for the elite teams in this league... (elite=best of the league, not saying they are great teams)
| |
|
Why
Jul 28, 2008 2:02 PM | | ; |
Why are the B teams whining about playing against the B+ teams. Basically the B teams now are just the C teams from last season. Man up and move up chumps.

What makes you think the B teams are whining about playing the B+ teams.
Maybe the real concern is B is no more then C+ and that`s the real concern.

whether you are a new team or not has not mattered in the past. a 0-0 team could play in open if they wanted to(ie. Midgets and Liger most recently ). Both got destroyed in Open. not sure if I like the B / B+ divisions. I think that there should be A, B and C divisions, no B+. Realy is there that big a difference b/t the B and B+ teams? Team personnel change from season to season. I say combine the two and have two B divisions. Tom knows the teams well enough to make the divisions fair. And come playoff time take the 2 lowest ranked teams and have them play in the C playoffs.

So there is no earning your way into the higher level leagues, that was the original point here. No one is whiney, it`s called "playing with an incentive to WIN". Earn your way into the next level!!!!!!
As far as personnel changes, this is true and for that point, too bad, you want to spin off and start your own team, you have to earn your way in.
No wonder why other leagues kick are ass come States!
