Those dudes are doin` the damn thing over there. Are they an `A` level team? I had to check out their game against the UNITED after the UNITED was talking all that smack on the message board last week... and they basically `ran all up in` the UNITED.

Why is everyone that does well automatically considered a "B" team? What does that mean? This appears to be the spring "A" league. Both United and the Titans are doing very well. How does that make them a B team. In years past they both have been B teams, but not this year. Who is an "A" team? Last year all I heard was that the Rhinos were a B team. Please explain.

The TITANS are not that type of squad to gloat on-line. We have been on the other side of quite a few whippings in our history, so we stay HUMBLE to the game. The original posting was giving us our due credit, is all. I wont allow anyone to discredit or undervalue the way we are playing. We are putting in our work. Point blank, period.
Now... as for me. I am an undisputed loudmouth. The fellas mostly allow for that part of my game on the team b/c they are aware of the benefits, but there are those that know how/when to reign me in when I get too out there. I just have always loved the "verbal battles" as well as the physical ones... and I aint afraid to play a little gamesmenship with the minds of the opposing team. I figure that if you are gonna focus on what I am sayin... the likelihood of you focusing on your job DECREASES. Believe me, I leave it all on the field... then go home to my pretty wife and two handsome sons (and several COORS LIGHT - the Silver Bullet never slows ya down).
Lastly... to my fellow TITANS. Don`t believe the hype, put on those same hard hats, pack the same full lunch pales, b/c we have another big weekend ahead of us.

titans are undefeated, beat them or learn to deal with the talk. only a few undefeated teams left and in reality they are the only ones who can talk. end of discussion.

none of the other undefeated teams seem to be talking.
I say congrats to the Titans on their season, and good luck in the playoffs. But talking smack in this league doesn`t seem to pay as much at the front end when you win, as it does on the back end when you lose. Just ask a Lion.

the teams in the lead seem to all be veteran teams who seem to do most of there talking on the field, to all the undefeated teams good job and good luck on the rest of the season, what`s funny is that even though undefeated on any given sunday any team can beat the other team, with that being said keep up the good work, and for those with none winning records it feels good to knock out an undefeated opponent...get back to work...

1) You have never once seen any TITAN (incl. myself) discuss (`bump my gums`) how good we are on this message board. It aint our style to give the other team BULLENTIN BOARD material. However... we will always compete, always.
2) I talk LOUD to my squad and rarely talk across the line of scrimmage, unless I have a counterpart to work wit. And, I don`t personally do the `Yo MAMA` type smack. Hehehehee. I talk the "pump up the volume" type junk to my boys.
3) We are a good team, but we understand there are plenty of other good teams - "A" & "B" that can get us "ON ANY GIVEN SUNDAY". There is a distinct reason that saying has developed. We understand that.

Guys,
The titans are a B team because we are in the B league. We are also trying to play hard and the chips will fall where they may. There are certainly better teams than us in this league and we hope to get the chance to play against them, if the chips work out.
I will say that the United team has some great athletes. The Qb is ridiculously fast and their offense/defensive tackle...73(I think)...is a hoss and can rush like a mad man.
Lil-titan...no need to talk. Last year we had a losing record in reg season and played well in playoffs...let`s just keep talking to a minimum and enjoy the comraderie that comes with playing sunday mornings.
I`m so thankful the weather permitted us to play.

Thanks for pointing out the obvious, anyone can see your an undefeated team that has defeated some good teams. It is the pound my chest approach that rubs people the wrong way. Good teams act like they have been there before, even if they haven`t.
