Here’s how I have the second round of the A playoffs that will kicks off this Sunday. If ARG’s hot picks are right (and you know they are), the slate will look like this: Sharks v. Dietz D Mob v. Badboyz Larrys v. Diesel Larrys v. Diesel – ARG is gonna start with this one, because it’s the most obvious to me. Diesel, great season, but (hit the lights) the dance is now over. Grab one of those ugly-a$$ Larrys and take him home before the lights come on. Diesel’s youth will work a little to their advantage here, this being the second of a double-header. But the bad news is that when the Larry’s travel from Hook to Lake Fairfax, they’ll hit the 7-11 and fuel up some more coffee, cigarettes and geritol and have just enough to close the curtain on Diesel’s season. Larrys 17 – Diesel 10. Sharks v. Dietz – I know 3 of the Final Four will be Larrys (lovely bracket by the way), D-Mob and Sharks. And I’ve already got my box seats to the Wolves-Rhinos rematch – and I’d better not see another soccer score in that one. Back to the point, anything in the way of the other three are just bumps in the road – but easy money to be sure. Dietz is still pretty much a one man band in my book, and even Bo Diddley dies sometime. Sharks last time I checked had at least a FEW talented guys. Dietz will get a late 6 to make it look square, but Sharks walk with the cake. Sharks 21 – Deitz 14. D Mob v. Badboyz – D-Mob will go back to back in this one with no rest into this one… but you’d hardly know it considering they just played All Makes. Badboyz should be fairly tired after a tough battle with Lazy. D-Mob would have taken this one anyways with full rest for both teams, they did it 20 to 6 style in the regular season. So I’m giving this one to Da Mob again but in a little more tired fashion.
