you going off how many points a def gives up the whole year? A team could have one off day and give up alot of points in one game, you should go off how many points they give up per game that would be more accurate. I mean some teams play in some crappy divisions on top of that. Look at the MD teams they play against good OFF week and week out.

your retarded... the list would be the same if it was done by per game. you use the total pts and divide by 7... dont be retarded and think before you post idiot. you must be from MD.

that wasnt the arguement. In hmmmmm`s retarded rant, he never once said do it by per game cause rhinos has one less game than everyone else. He posted and suggested to do it by per game cause he thought the rankings would be different. your retarded.

First- look at the original message, it list the defense by total points allowed this year.
Second re-read "you going off how many points a def gives up the whole year? A team could have one off day and give up alot of points in one game, you should go off how many points they give up per game that would be more accurate."
Third - sign up for reading comprehension

your an idiot and you dont make sense. PER GAME IS GOING TO BE THE SAME LIST AS TOTAL POINTS.

It also says PPG after the total... Now going back to my statistics days in college (which normally was used on beer pong and chances of getting laid) I would have to say, that what you want is the median average. Using the middle and leaving out the top and bottom numbers. The only problem is that each game/team you play is an independent variable, So just give it up and relize that you need to improve your D to make the list.....

Look, it`s PPG for the offensive list. The defensive list is based on year-to-date total. Which is totally whack! That`s why I agreed with Hmmmmm. You need to do it by PPG.
Rhinos allowed 42 in six games (at the time of this posting) Diesel allowed 43 in seven games.
Who should be ahead of whom?
According to this, Larry`s is in the top ten cause they allowed 70, but that`s also over 6 games.
"PER GAME IS GOING TO BE THE SAME LIST AS TOTAL POINTS." -- This only applies if everyone has the number of games, two teams on the list played only 6 games. Am I making sense now?

Hooker, you are looking dumber by the minute, bottom line is that the original post by hmmmm made it look like he thought per game vs. total points was different. You can twist it anyway you want, it is what it is, thread over.
