Playoff Question

Should an Open League squad that forfeits their games be ranked # 8, 9, or 10?
It may make sense to seed the bottom 3 Open higher than the bottom 3 Novice teams, but only if they actually play.
I vote for teams that forfeit games to be seeded last, meaning 16 in the C bracket.

welp, sorry your vote doesnt count. besides it doesnt make sense punishing the #1 C team by making them play a team from A/B in the opening round.

Stop crying, that is a lame question.

the top C teams shouldn`t have to play the A teams that come down, as much as you guys think you are ballers its not going to be a treat for anyone to get those A squads in the playoffs

As a C-leaguer i think its a great idea. A lot of teams in the C-league feel they can hang with the open league teams, this is a way to find out. If one of the bottom 3 teams ends up winning it all then obviously the C-leaguers are not ready for the jump.

check it

They`re not A teams, they are below average B teams.
The way it`s set up is the #1 C team will play the winner of the 8/9 game, which will both be B teams. The #2 C team will get the winner of the 7/10 matchup, which is a B team vs. a C team.
Obviously, assuming the #1 and 2 C teams aren`t upset in the first round.

No, in the above case the players would have been on the roster all season, just wouldn`t have played. There`s no season participation requirement for the playoffs.

rosters are already locked. these ringers would have to be on the rosters already in order to be eligible for playoffs. they dont have to play in any game during the regular season. but if they are on the roster, come playoff time they are good to go
