Hats off the Banditos. They made the two big plays on O when they needed them and had a big defensive stand to hold on to the win.

it was an intense game Both teams were impressive You hear it all the time but it really could have gone either way Rhinos qb was awesome The Rhinos rush wascoming hard every play Their db`s were everywhere and got at least 2 picks and the last sack they had was a near death experience for the `ditos But the men in blue made MORE than just 2 big plays. That extra point conversion was huge and for 2. Banditos just had more heart today.

I was not trying to imply that the Banditos had only two good plays on O. However, when you give up two almost identical 80 yard TDs (one on the first play of the game and one on thier last offensive play) you tend to remember these more than the other plays.
Again, great win by the Banditos.

It wasn`t exactly getting smoked. The first play of the game the qb scrambled and the coverage didn`t rotate resulting in a fairly easy score, and on the second one, the WR was contained but at least three guys missed his flags. WR did the right thing and ran `til the whistle. Unfortunately it didn`t blow until he was in the endzone.
Regardless, the Banditos (who only had 9 guys) wanted to win more than we did.
We were just bad all day. We ended up needing a late field goal to beat winless FMS. Hopefully we get our collective heads out of our asses by June 4.

It was not #2 as I did not see him and the two white receivers with short hair. It was a good game and both teams can do damage in the playoffs.

As a matter of fact, I cant remember the last time a GOOD team ran their mouths...hmmm...there might be a lesson to be learned there, but I just cant put my finger on it...

rhinos did not get smoked. it was an evenly matched game and could have gone either way. they are good sports and we hope to see them again.

Obviously you did not read Blind Rhinos entire post. He made mention of two things. 1) That the Banditos were in fact short-handed, and 2) That the Banditos obviously wanted the game more than the Rhinos did. Both of those issues point to Banditos strengths and are not excuses.
Anyone who watched the game knows how the scores occured. It was an obvious blown coverage on the first TD and several missed flags on the second. I was there and I saw it. Regardless, two undefeated teams playing to a 14-7 score with the outcome undecided until the final play isn`t getting "smoked" as you say.
The point about almost losing to FMS was probably just the icing on the cake. I can`t believe that the Rhinos didn`t blow them out like everyone else did. I have played against the Rhinos for many years now and they normally do NOT have the types of defensive breakdowns that they had against the Banditos on Sunday.
I can only figure that you must be one of those overly sensitive men. You go girl!!!!!!
Good luck Rhinos. I know you`ll represent well in the playoffs!

Regardless of whether were smoked or not, we definitely got beat! Banditos only had 9 guys, so there is no way we will be making excuses. They made the clutch plays when it counted and won the division fair and square.
Good luck to all the Hook teams, (Banditos, Larrys and Scrubs) in the playoffs.
