Photo Galleries: The updates for the photo galleries are done. I know quite a few players want to see the rest of pictures loaded that were taken by the league the past few weeks, but I wanted to finish the site update first, so that when I load these pics they will integrate with the new display. What`s changed? Coaches have always been able to login to coach access and load photos. Now, photos are auto-sorted into folders - 4 per year (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter). Coaches can also link photos to games. In the gallery manager screen you will see a link beneath each picture to do this. Once photos are linked to games, a camera icon will appear on the schedule next to that game indicating the # of photos linked to it. When you click that camera link a page will pop up with all the photos linked to the game along with the game date, information and photo captions. You can pick out the photos you want for folder highlights and (as before) the photo to put on your main team page. All photos loaded by the league are linked to the league gallery be default. If you have a photo in your gallery that you do not want to appear in the league gallery, you can unlink it from the league gallery (it will remain in your own gallery). The league gallery will be available once the front end of the site is redone. If you did not load any photos yourself, you can still login and link photos to games, edit captions, select/change highlight photos for folders and your team page. You can also choose to hide logos and graphics you upload from appearing in the gallery (they will still appear in the logo section). I will be loading a lot of photos in the coming weeks from present back to 1996 - leagues, states, tournaments, so coaches login and add captions. There are a few minor details to finish up here, one is the option to hide the photo loader to gice more room to view your galleries in admin, and the other is to allow someone using your team access code (vs. coach access code). Team Stats: Team Stats will be finished next. Right now, the seasons and match-up tabs are functional with a few bugs. There is an issue in some cases with importing stats from non-IFFL leagues and tournaments and vice-versa, which I`m working on. Colors: You can now choose between 216 colors when selecting the color layout for your team page. For thos who have never created a web page before - don`t worry, you really can`t screw anything up. The coach access site is very user-friendly. Next: team boards, calenders, links, libraries (for documents).
