Historically, the Lions. I know they have had injuries to some of their studs. I have also heard a lot of the younger teams have tons of speed we just havent had time to appreciate yet... so the answer may have to come after the playoffs/the divisions getting mixed up/unless some veteran teams can comment on these guys. I mostly watch South, and the Bandito`s have one guy that is silly fast...#2 I think. Not a ton of speed in this division.

from watching/playing the reston south: banditos have a lot of speed across the board even with some of their linemen.

Yeah I watched United play this weekend. They are pretty slow. Slow and old with occasional lucky plays.

the redskins got all their players now and id have to say having speed at every position on the field its them they really only have one area in which there isnt alot of speed they have the fastest linemen in the league hands down with some organization watchout b/c speed kills they arent playing 6 on 8 anymore
