5 Point Spread
Apr 01, 2008 3:01 PM | | ; |
How the heck do you come up with a spread of +/- 5 for any game? Not questioning your info and sources, but that number appears quite random.

Easy

The games is 17-6 (missed xp). The team with 6 scores late making it 17-12. They go for 2 to cut it 3 and miss. Final score 17-12.

Vegas Insider
I told folks last week to get on board, the result? A 4-1 mark ATS! This week I will keep it rolling with some more strong plays. The key to winning in this business is keeping that bankroll growing. You do that by grinding away and hitting those hot streaks! In the end, your man J. Anthony will deliver!
All Makes (-10.5) As I said last week this team is solid. They don`t make many mistakes and will wear you down. They have a 4-1 mark vs Gold but haven`t played in 2+ years. Won`t matter. Golrush is a veteran team but is overmatched in this one. Look for All Makes to capitalize on a few Goldrush mistakes and win this one by 2 td`s.
Wolves (-22) I said it last week, Wolves in a blowout. This week will be no different. Although Shower has some talent they are totally overmatched here. Look for the Wolves to see the end zone early and often in this one. Shower might get on the board late but it will already be over. Wolves win this one big.
Arsenals (+3) Arsenals look to rebound from a lousy performance last week and the Banditos are the perfect opponent. They’re awful, plain & simple. Banditos have posted just 1 winning season in their history! Vegas has this line set low b/c of last week’s blowouts. I`m not buying it and like Arsenals to win this one outright.
Dietze (-21.5) Dietze picked up right were they left off in the fall – blowing out lesser opponents. Buddy was able to hang with Goldrush before losing by 9. Goldrush is NOT Dietze! This one should be over early. Look for Dietze’s QB (arguably one of the best in the league) to shred a very suspect Buddy secondary for 4-5 tds. Lay the points in this one.
United (+9) Moday Nighter #2! Amazingly these 2 have never played before. Larrys is looking to build on a successful 07 campaign while United looks to rebound from a sub-par fall. Larrys has some weapons in the backfield and can score some points. United, not the most athletic team, always seem to find ways to win. Look for this one to be tight for a half & a late td from United to get the backdoor cover!

If your about making some money do your homework. We have full respect for Dietze, but we were undermanned in our opening game and you know nothing about our secondary.

Your only as good as your last game. Prove us wrong on the field and if you don`t cover that 21.5 spread, don`t EVER put your 2 cents on this messageboard again!!
Maybe for some luck you`ll bring that sh**ty mascot doll of your`s to the game this weekend!

Homework was done - look at his 4-1 mark last week. Your team sucks until you prove otherwise.
