they got shut out 3 out of 4 games in Open, not even sure if they finished their season, they didnt get killed, they got humiliated.
They had 150 points scored against, and only 6 points scored for, and thats just 4 games.
I personally have not seen them play, but on paper, they need to be in C. 35+ points average per game. HORRIBLE.

yeah they do. I feel as if desktop shouldnt have spent so much time in trying to look good but work on actually working as a team. Its nice having a big man with size but whats the point when he gets tired out by chasing fast qb`s all day and cant catch them. Your qb is a joke.

DD has a long way to go. They did spend too much time fighting and not enough time working out a good game plan. They also seemed to focus on throwing the ball to the same receiver all game, which won`t work against even the weakest teams.

We were horrible last season for many reasons. Should we have played in Open, no. I wish all the new teams who are playing together for the first time in the Open league the best of luck and hope their season goes better than ours did.
As for this season we are a completly new team. We are just as new as the any other first time team. Only a third of our team has played together before. The only thing that has really stayed the same is our name. How good are we, not sure. We haven`t played any regular season games yet.
We have a big test on the 30th. We are as excited as the rest of the league to get things going and I wish the rest of the teams a successful and injury free season.

I`m going out on a branch and say Chuck Norris will take the Novice league. They have a veteran team and with the infusion of new talent (QB & DL) I don`t see them losing. Add the fact that half the league is new and it`s a done deal. It`s time for CN to make that move!

That`s right. No one should ever play flag football just for fun or for the love of the game. I`m sick of hearing about losing teams! It makes me sick to my stomach! I haven`t seen them play and have never met them in my life but just thinking about their below average flag football skills makes me want to throw up!

A very good WP team? are you serious? Although they added new talent on their squad, they still cant seem to function as a team or as a coherent unit. You can see people still getting frustrated with eachother on the sideline. CN`s D line is nice but they still struggled to move the ball against the WP who had a completely hungover safety.

the cn/wp game was close and it should have been won by the pack honestly.
pack had better defense 2 picks and 4 sacks. you can`t ask a defense to do much more then that
pack`s offense was in the redzone 3 times vs cn they just couldn`t punch it in.
this league is wide open in my humble opinion

Chuck really didnt impress me much, the newer guys were too ****y, I loved it when the super hyped d-linemen got a sack then walked over to the sidelines and said "man i shoulda played d-line in highschool" Love to see how you do against a running qb. Anyways good luck to all the teams this weekend.

I watched the first weekend games too. I don`t see how anyone who watched the game can say CN or WP are good. Both are average at best. CN`s QB(s) were not that impressive. Niether one could complete a pass. Lots of ducks. DL? An average size OL and a some what mobile QB will nuetralize their rush. WP looked slower than ever and are very undersized, even for a C team. Both teams will finish in the middle of the standings.

Collision did have a very mobile qb but he and desktop`s qb threw ducks all day. We should wait till after this weekends games to really say whos to top the c league, Since every team hasnt played.
I didnt see the first game last weekend but i`ve seen psquad play before dont know if they have changed anything on their team i do remember that their qb had a cannon of a arm. Wolfpack could have beat chuck if they had capitalized on those ints. Chuck really only got in the redzone once, but they made it count. This weekend should be exciting.

Psquad def. is NOT the same team as last season. They have a few new people including a 6 foot plus reciever and their defense is pretty much better that it was last fall. Lets not forget that halfway through last season, they`re defense became insync and held their last 4 opponents to an average of 5.5 points beginning with a shutout against CN. I`m curious to see what the other teams look like, but judging by the 3 games in the first week, I`d say Psqaud is the team to look out for.
It`s hard to beat a team that knows how to work together and has a good chemistry.

you do know the team pages have scores from previous season...right? i`m not sure how difficult you think it is to do an average but the points psquad allowed in the last 4 games was 0, 10, 2, 10.
i`m not even on psquad so there`s no hyping them at all; just calling it as it is.

true story:
since some of our guys needed flags that contrasted the colors of our shorts, i went over to WTFs bench to ask if we could borrow some of their yellow flags for the game. #23 quickly agreed, depantsed and tried to give me his shorts, thinking I asked for his shorts. That`s the easiest time I`ve ever had in getting anyone to pull down their pants for me.
Jokes aside, they were nice, chill guys. Had a good clean game to get the first game jitters out of the way. Good luck to all of you and we`ll see each other soon.
