If a league can arrange to have fields guarantied rain or shine, to handle 70 teams around 64 games, for a two day tournament at a reasonable price or FREE. Also available lodging for an estimated 1000 people. Lets not forget the insurance facture, unless the city, area, facility or where every it’s being held does not require insurance. If any league representative person, player, team or commissioner can put these things together and present it to Virginia Flag Football Association / commissioner Robert C. Jacobs. I’m sure after verifying the proposal Mr. Jacobs and the Associations will consider holding the tournament in your area. This is not hard to do really its not. Hotels will be glad to block out x amount of room for an event in their area. We have a great showing for the state tournaments so hotels (Host or Overflow) will rent 30 or 30 plus rooms. Honestly the most difficult thing would be finding fields to hold the valium of games for 2 days regardless of weather. The associations will provide the refs from throughout the inner state leagues.
