How do two 4-3 teams (Outlaws and Outcast) get matched up in the 1st round while Broadlands Pub (2-5) plays Stunnaz (1-5)?

Lower records squeaking into B league playoffs should be required to earn their keep.

Any word from the Front Office on this one? Seems like it would make the most sense to just seed the teams by record like the A playoffs. If either of the Outs (cast or laws) had scored a few more points, they would have been in the A playoffs. Now one of them is out in the 1st round? Doesn`t make sense.

It was already posted twice here that the B brackets would not be standard pairings. We`ve done it this way before, we`ve done cross-division first round games only before, we`ve done straight seeding.

The idea with the 4-slot separation seeding is to keep the first round games competitive. The B playoffs used to be called the "consolation tournament".

Again, we announced twice (also before the end of the season) the way we would be seeding the B brackets and there was not a single protest reply then.

Shay can elaborate more, he came up with the system way back when.

here is my solution plane and simple: just cancel all the b playoff. who gives two ****s who wins that they are still worse than half the teams.lol outcast crying about they have to play outlaws wahhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!instead of b playoffs make the a playoffs double elim so the teams who earned it play more and the ****weed wannabes stay homw.

ridiculous idiot

If it wasn`t for the fact that there is a B playoffs, most of the B teams would play C so they could make the playoffs. Therefore the true C teams would have no shot of playoffs. Most leagues have A, B, and C for a reason. IFFL Spring does it this way and the B teams understand that and don`t mind being outmatched during the regular season knowing that they get their own playoffs at the end.

"ridiculous" must play for one of those teams that makes the A playoffs and loses the first game every year.

You make fun of the B playoffs but one of the top four teams in the A was last years B champ. Banditos was in the B final-4 last year and they are ranked 5 in A this year. Is your team in the top 5 in A? Didn`t think so.

I`m glad in the spring you get to play against A competition but in the end you know you are in the playoffs against your own level. Its a good way to know what you need to do to get better for the fall.

Maybe instaed of hiding behind a keyboard taking pot shots at teams in the B playoffs you should worry about your own game coming up so you won`t be so bitter.
