How can Lazy Sundae be 6-1 but looking at the schedule they have only played 6 games!

They are also scheduled to play Crisak this weekend but they have been booted out of the league after week #3 and Crisak also has a 1-2 record but they have only played 2 games total, too! They didn`t have any games in week#2! How is that possible?

And if Lazy does receive a WIN over Crisak, is that going to be fair for the teams that should of played Crisak and should they be given WINS, too?

Just curious if this will get fixed and based on the schedule, Dietz Nuts beat Lazy Sundae and with both of them having 5-1 records, shouldn`t Dietz be in 1st over Lazy?

Curious Minds would like to know!!

Reading Is So Fundamental, idiot!

"Two teams have already played their 7 regular season games: Lazy Sundae and Vegas Nights, so their final record and pt diff is set. There is no other team that Lazy Sundae can play next week (in vs CRISAK slot) who is not already playing their 7th game. Its the odd man out situation. Instead of having one team play 8 games that count, we`re giving Lazy Sundae a 14-0 F win over CRISAK and giving them and Vegas Nights (also with no opponent next week) an exhibition game.

The top 3 teams will be the division winners. Right now, if Sharks and Bad Boyz finish with identical records, Bad Boyz win that division due to pt diff in the 2 games played against each other. Wolves have clinched their division title, Dietze nuts clinches theirs with a win next week.

After the division winners are ranked 1-3, we`ll take the next 8 teams and rank them based on: record first, then pt diff. Then, we look at the list to see if any team is directly behind a team they beat head to head. If that is the case, the teams swap positions - rinse and repeat to get the final rankings for the top 11.

For the rest of the teams in Open (B playoffs), we`ll conduct a draw to see which 4 out of those 10 teams have to play a play-in game, then as we always do with B, use staggered brackets (not straight seeding)."

We`ll sort out the official rankings after Sunday`s games. The rankings you see are auto-generated and do not take head to head into account. If Lazy and Dietze finish with identical records, then Dietze wins the division.

CRISAK issue was already covered - they played 2 games, and had 5 opponents left. Four of those remaining opponents played each other in extra divisional games - leaving the last opponent with no one to play. True, we could have given all 5 remaining opponents forfeit wins and pocketed the officiating fees, but that`s not the way we do things. Most teams would rather play an actual game on the field then get a 14-0 F win. I`m sure Lazy feels they might have won an extra divisional game on the field by a more than the standard 14-0 F, and I know that from their perspective they feel they got the short end of the stick. They are not playing CRISAK this weekend - they are playing Vegas Nights in an exhibition game with no bearing on final standings.
