Quick rule question. If the ball carrier is running down the field holding the ball in one hand can a defender grab the ball out of his hands?

according to USFA rules you can `snatch` the ball from an offensive player but this is a direct contradiction to "there are no fumbles" in flag football.
i would likely flag a player for def holding/impeding if he tried to strip a ball from a ball carrier (under NIRSA rules this would be illegal stripping/batting)...defensive players should be going for the flags not the ball.

Ed...You need to go back and study your rule book. You are allowed to snatch the ball or make an attempt to dislodge it from the ball carriers hands. As long as it`s not a continuos effort. I think when they meant "There are no fumbles in flag football" they were pertaining to when the ball hits the ground.
P.S. On my bicep days, should I do three sets or four to get maximum growth?
