"And You Know Dis", you obviously have not been watching these games carefuly! First of all, the Hookies will win a closer game to the Demons than with NTAC and NTAC will beat Practice Squad. You best not overlook NTAC, when all of their players decide to show up, they are one of the best in the C league. Would have been a tight game with the Hookies if this would have been the case. Once unity has formed on this team, look out! Anyone betting this early on the championship in C league, be careful.

I`m at majority of these games. I saw NTAC`s 1st game.......there were players who left during the game........I saw when they played their second game.......they jump up two scores against the Penetrators and was shut down the second half......the Penetrators should be undefeated had they had a kicker....they even had to miss a game I think against The Chuckies b/c they didn`t have enough to start! I missed the embarassing lose to the Hokies.......I wish I was there to laugh in their faces........do you honestly think a team who doesn`t show up can even make the slightest noise in the playoffs? That spells out trash in my opinion! I`d put my money on the P-Squad before I even look NTACs way! Auld Shebeen for that matter! At least their team shows up to games! DO YOUR RESEARCH HOMIE! LMAO......I got my money on a Hokies vs. Penetrators Championship match........it would probably be just as exciting as the finale game! Holla *****ezzzzzzzzzzz! =)

yea me and my buddy left half way through the first game cuz we had Club Level seats to the Skins game which im sure u enjoyed watching on ur HURRRTANG 12 inch black and white TV. And last time i checked a win is a win and we beat Penetrators fair and square. and as far as the Hokies, there sick nasty, i got shatted on the whole last drive, not scared to admit it. but its all good keep thinking my squad is trash cuz our focus is on the Practice Squad not some bum on the message boards.

Yeah, their secondary isn`t very good at all. Just throw it deep, and chances are your receivers are quicker and more athletic than theirs. Psquad got their touchdowns that way on them, and they couldn`t do anything to stop it.

fatman..you guys were lucky not to get blown out that game against wolfpack. the way you guys scored was their blown coverage, luck. They could have scored more, but from what i saw, their qb needs work. However, the whole game, all i saw was #2 gaining yards, and #16 running right through your defense. Anyways, that was an excited game, and good playoff match. Good luck to both. You 2 teams, and P-squad are, in my opinion, sleepers.

And to be clear, we wouldn`t be undefeated at half time. I think we were losing to the Demons all game, and I believe we were down by a TD to Auld Sheeben and Penentrators at half.
Since all the cool kids are doing it, here are my picks for the week:
Penetrators 23 Auld Shebeen 13
-- Auld Shebeen plays a nice base zone D, but Penentrators QB and WR (#20) are too good for them (and MOST of the rest of the league).
Wolf Pack 24 Chuck 15
-- Similar strengths on both teams (both have quick guys at every position) Chuck`s stud is their QB. Very quick and strong. WP`s stud appears to be #16, playing the WR and DB positions.
Demons 21 Hokies 20
--Size wins out over quickness, but just barely, and only because no one is tall enough to stop #36.
I won`t predict my own game, that would stupid.

I have watched the Hokies and I believe they are a very good team, they play well together. Their defense plays like they have 12 people on the field which will be tough. Not sure about their lines but look to be fairly quick. This will be the first game in quite a while where we will have all of our team out there. This is going to be a good game provided our D keeps people from getting behind them. They better bring their lunch pail though because I will assure you this will be a clean but physical game on our end. The run will not work so you better be able to pass. How is the QB`s arm?

Their pretty good at spreading the ball around. Their efficient at moving the ball 10-15 yards at a time downfield. I would pull up your safety up to try to stop that, and the scrambling that their QB does.
They rarely get yards in huge chunks. Their qb`s good with the shorter passes, but can`t air it out accurately.

if you have a guy that can spy the hokie`s qb , thast all you need. also, dont try to sack him. contain him. make him beat you with his arm and his qb IQ. safties shouldnt play so deep. jam #5 at the line of scrimmage because he does not play well when he gets jammed. he is fast but builds speed with momentum. they have a smart defense. i would spread it out with 4 receivers all day.

Jam their receivers on D and contain/persue their QB. I jammed on one of their WR all of the first half and he didn`t have a catch on me. I let off on the second and got burned twice for long passes and once for a TD. Do not play zone against them unless you have very disciplined secondary/good pass rush.

hokies like to go to recievers more than line. you`ll need a discipline zone defence to pick up the crosses from the recievers. 4 spread. 2 slant short an other 2 slant deep almost all the time. qb dosnt scramble for yards, he scrambles east an west to buy recievers time to get open on the crosses. disguise ur defence so he dosnt know where the rush is commin from and make the fastest person on ur team chase him down. if he decides to run ur zone should beable to contain him to minimal gain

Hokies #12 - for the Demons their big men are key. They will be on top of your QB in a heartbeat and from what I can tell, they have nice hands too. That was why I made size over speed comment earlier, though I honestly think this game could go either way.
I was out the week we played them (I missed the Hokies AND Demons games :( ) but my brother told me their pass rush was nasty.
I also heard tell their new QB is pretty good.

As far as NTAC goes. I think everyone that has posted messages about them is pretty accurate. Guys not showing up to the games, leaving early, playing three QB`s in the same game, you know "garbage". Well gentlemen, what happens when their QB shows up along with the rest of the team and they are playing with their full squad? Willing to bet the outcome of their games is totaly different and also willing to bet that those that have no problem with putting them and other teams down on this thread regret their comments and posts especially if you have to play them in the playoffs! Keep that in mind! Remember one thing, only truly good teams show their true color and value in the playoffs! Make sense?

Saw the Demons, Hokies game. I was expecting it to be alot closer than it was. The Hokies were pretty much shut out the entire first half, it was 19-0 at half time. Hokies QB was on the run the entire game, and really couldn`t get a pass off and was contained and when he did run, it was for minimal gain. Intercepted twice. Demons pretty much had their way on offense, spreading the ball around and picking the Hokies secondary apart. Hoikies scored late in the 2nd half off a deflected pass. Defense set the tone for this game and the Offense fed off of it. #5 QB for the Demons called a good game. The score would have been more, but two dropped balls in the end zone ruined it. Hokies are a super fast team, and should never be under estimated.

Congrats to Demons. I knew you guys had a good shot, but I didn`t figure a blow out of those proportions.
We lost 10-9 today, very close physical game. I personally am responsible for the loss, as a block in the back call on me negated a touchdown that wound up being a field goal.
As others have said, don`t sleep on ANY team in this league come playoffs. NTAC has one of the better lines we`ve played against and their QB is quick.
On a side note, hope you`re alright 77, hate to see anyone get hurt.

Well during the hokies NTAC game, there was some chick on the hokie sideline taping our game the whole time, we didn`t know who she was, if she wasn`t with ntac, or the league, she`s prob filming for some team. that`s hardcore prep.
