just asking a question .. not sure about this .. also .. if a pass bounces off the goal post .. and is caught by a defender or offensive player .. is it incomplete or is it a catch ?

1st Q:
Why would you go under center? You would have to like takeing 5-10 yards drops as the D line rushes towards you. It`s hell now being the gun. I think the rule for us is the "center has to snap the ball thru his legs" If does that the QB can take the exchange anyway.
2nd Q.

7. Any forward pass becomes incomplete and ball is dead if:
(a) Pass hits the ground or goes out of bounds.
(b) Pass hits the goal post or the crossbar of either team.

well, i was just wondring because in someflag leagues or tournaments, you are not allowed to lineup under the center .. and maybe we would like to try to line up under center .. try something different .. and reason why i ask about the goal post is cuz i kno there are alot of different rules and variations when it comes to our flag league .. so i just want to make sure
